Vacation rentals with a patio in São Lourenço da Mata

Very good location and everything we needed was handy. Great location and great support of the condominium. We feel at home. We stayed a total of 16 days d was very nice. We enjoyed everything we could. City Hall has occasional items that can improve, but my next stay is for sure and here. Carlos is always thoughtful and helpful to any hr we need. We are located in 4 people, 3 adults and 1 child. The protective screens on the windows and balcony are an extra tranquillity. My son loved the pool, he is 6 years old and the depth of the pool and mayor for children to play. The academy is very good and skipped. The grill is very good for the last barbecue.

Perfect location, a few meters from the beach, good infrastructure in the neighborhood with nearby restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies. Attentive and helpful labor workers. The apartment has everything you need, even spent 1 month and it felt like I was at home. Mr. Laurindo is super kind and answers the questions quickly. Great choice, super recommend!!

I stayed here for just under a month. For part of the stay I was traveling with someone else and then myself. There is a futon in the living room and a bedroom upstairs (w/ a/c). I slept better upstairs than in the living room so I would say this is a better set up for a solo or folks who don't mind sharing a bed. overall, I didn't sleep terribly well, but there were a lot of new factors. I am pretty low maintenance. I am a student and artist, this was an ideal location for me to explore the city b/c it is centrally located. Mercado Boa Vista is right across the street, the music and laughter carries through -- which I enjoyed. Everything closes earlier so its pretty quiet as the sunsets. The apartment is above the family house, so it was nice to share the space and everyone was really friendly. It had everything I needed. I really enjoyed the grassy patio, the jasmine tree, and the cats. I hope to return and stay here soon. It is a really a dreamy apartment in an ideal location.

Completely in love with my stay and I really didn’t want to leave because it felt like home. Good amenities and close to the main shopping centers as well as the beach. The place is amazing! The house is practically an art gallery!! The very tasty and airy room with lots of privacy, excellent bed and a good bath. Host is a caring, fun and super kind person who has given us valuable tips from delicious restaurants and great cultural programs! The location is also great in the middle of the old town, but with easy car access.

Great place, full of interesting art and walking distance to everywhere in old town Olinda. The balcony had a lovely view and a nice breeze perfect for hanging out in the hammock after a day of exploring.
