The place is beautiful, all very clean, well-equipped chalet, comfortable bathtub for two big people. Bárbara was super solicit. We also love the pool dam and common areas. City Hall was all built with respect for nature with privacy! I will come back more often for sure! Great place of peace to energize yourself! Experience 10/10 !

Very cozy Roftop I thought it was very cool that there were already some things for use in the kitchen, the place is well ventilated and quiet I had a good rest! I rather request and friendly Luciano! I would host again for sure Luciano until next!!!

We had a great time in the stay. Mr. Mateus was well-disposed and hospitable, he gave all the necessary indications. The house is very well-equipped, wifi is good, and full of entertainment spaces: court, foosball, pool, ping pong table. Activities for all tastes Clean and secluded pool. We also take advantage of the wood-fired oven to prepare pizzas - that's the tip! Some rs borrachudos, but only reinforce the repellent well, it's part! We really like it!

Beautiful place! The layout of every space in the house, the architecture, the view, all amazing. Comfortable rooms, complete and with privacy (we went to 4 families, all were very well accommodated). Has a lot of activity to do, for adults and kids. Kayak, Standup, we walked on foot and with a horse. Swimming pool with air-conditioned water, tasty water even in the cold! All in one place!!! Beyond the game room and space for barbecue and pizza! You can't be better. Super considerate, polite and gentle staff! They made a difference in our stay! To date has been the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. Amamos! We definitely intend to come back more often.

We were in a group of 8 people and our stay was wonderful! Mirian was attentive during all communication and understanding when we asked for flexibility in check-out time. The house met our demand very well, the great showers and the complete kitchen both above and below. The four bedrooms on the top all with a double bed and the house still had two more bedrooms on the bottom floor with single beds in addition to two other bathrooms also functioning. The small considerations we shared with Mirian were well received. It is a super preserved house in its original features in the middle of the woods and a beautiful garden, near the city but we do not see or hear anything other than nature :) We look forward to being able to return again soon!

The apartment is very nice … airy, quiet… with everything we need for a quiet stay… Paulo is a great host, willing to help with everything I needed … quick communication, I finally request that I just have to thank you . I will come back whenever I am in SJC

To summarize our stay in Juliana's place, the place inspires and exudes peace. We spent a week in the house and it feels like resting for a month, time is slower there. The house is just like the pictures, the front part is the bathroom is new and very bright. The beds and sofas are comfortable, and Juliana left plenty of bedding. The internet works very well, my husband stayed the week working without any kind of interference. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need to cook. The outdoor area is very nice, with a barbecue area and a wood oven. The roof of the house is rustic, allowing some animals to enter, we were aware, so it was not a problem. We brought repellent and at night we reviewed that there were no spiders. Juliana lent an inflatable pool for our son, which along with the chickens that stay loose in the garden made his days a delight. The housekeeper, always helpful, taught our son how to fish. Thank you!
