Vacation rentals with lake access in São João da Boa Vista

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We found the house very clean, organized and well-equipped. Barbecue, pizza oven, sound system, amazing backyard... We enjoyed everything! We were lucky enough to see toucans flying over the pool a few times. The number of bathrooms is ideal to meet the number of guests the house accommodates. Luís responded quickly to our questions and demands, with impeccable hospitality and kindness. Certainly a place we want to return to and introduce to friends.

The house is wonderful and the location has an amazing view. Amanda was very attentive and responsive in relation to questions and information. I recommend it and hope to return soon!

The house is fantastic, very beautiful, large and cozy. Excellent kitchen and gourmet space. The pool is delicious. The reception by the hosts was excellent. The surroundings have a market, bakery a good park nearby, everything possible on foot. The Guaspari winery is very close by. I highly recommend it.

A unique place!!!! The Sítio Lobato is an attraction unto itself. The lakes and streams give a fantastic ambient sound surrounded by a lot of nature. The trail within the property is simply amazing. An adventure always stroll accompanied by Bolinha through the forest of the property. All of this is crowned by the receptivity and kindness of Luciano who is always willing to help with whatever is needed. I will definitely return more times to enjoy the city of Poços de Caldas and Sítio Lobato with more time.

We were at Quinta d'Aurora this weekend, wonderful place, quiet, just like it was in the pictures… The house is perfect for big family.

Very quiet location. Easy to get to, with only a few meters without asphalt. Ricardo was very kind and welcomed us very well.

The house is in a very quiet place, excellent for rest and ideal for those who go by car. The city of Poços de Caldas is very hospitable and full of activities to tour. The condominium was the star of its time, and is still well preserved, with courts, swimming pools and well-kept surroundings. The apartment is renovated and newer than the others, small and functional with a good bed and shower! It already has bed and bath linens! For those with children, be aware that the condominium operates completely only in season, and some things only on weekends. The pool is not heated, it is air-conditioned with the famous "icebreaker."

Talita was very attentive and accurate in the information. Your space is located in a gorgeous condominium and very close to the center, the described attractions were available. The apartment is not compact and accommodates well 2 adults and 3 children. It has Internet, TV with firestick, an outdoor private space with table and chairs and a washing machine. The condominium is old in a rustic/luxurious style and undergoes renovations of improvements and revitalization. It has a lake, barbecue space, tennis courts, 1 beach tennis, multi-sport court in addition to playground and playroom. Employees were very polite with us. A pity that the indoor pool was not heated. There was a musty smell when we arrived but we kept the window and door open and it improved a lot. It was a pleasant weekend, we hope to return soon.

The condominium has great pools, a very large leisure area, for those who have a great place, have recreators on specific days. For those who have a pet place is allowed but there are some restrictions. I and my family will return for sure.

The condominium is old, but much better preserved and clean than many new ones. The infrastructure is wonderful, extremely friendly and polite staff. Great apartment, well clean and airy. Complete leisure area. The access staircase to the beds can be a bit difficult for people with limited mobility. Communication with Talita was agile, attentive and receptive. Town hall facilitated access to the apartment by arriving later. 24/7 Ordinance.

We spent an extended weekend here with family. 8 adults and 5 children. We had a wonderful time. The house is equipped with everything you need in terms of utensils, pots, pans, barbecue and more. The bedrooms are comfortable and the space is extremely large. The layout is also great and the surroundings are beautiful. There is a river, cows across the river, lots of green space and a pool. There is a bluetooth speaker, pool table, card table, and even some pool floats/noodles. It is a really great property and the host is helpful and responsive. They even visited us and had some birthday cake one day!

We spent 4 days on Paolo's Airbnb on 2 couples and 2 dogs, at the turn of 2024 to 2025. The listing accurately describes the location and we were able to enjoy everything, like barbecue, pizza oven and swimming pool. The beds were comfortable and clean, as were the rest of the house. We used absolutely everything in the kitchen to cook every day. On the first day we met Paolo, who showed great willingness to offer us a quality stay. The housekeeper is also very kind and helped us whenever we need it. The highlight is to see that most of the farm animals walk loose and enjoy nature! It has from ducks, chicken, dogs, cats and chicks! All living together in harmony and loose. The housekeeper takes very good care of the place. The only point of improvement are some leaks that fall in the rooms in moments of heavy rain, but it is something already expected in an old house. We changed the bed of the place and life that follows. No doubt we recommend and will be back for sure!!

The place is perfect for those looking to escape from the big city, away in tranquility, the climate is well temperate, typical of mountains (fresh air and warm sun). For those who fish have a very good lake to do so. The pool is heated, has hydro and waterfall, ideal for children, my family was able to rest and have fun. The house is very large and spacious, the host is very attentive, flexible and ready to meet the demands. The kitchen is well equipped, a lot of utensils and everything is well cleaned. In general, those who see the photos will not be disappointed when they arrive at the site. For those with children, take basic medicines because the location is away from the city, if you need a pharmacy it should cover at least 15 km. Congratulations to Luís for the location and the prompt service he provided during our stay, I believe we will return at another time.

It's been a wonderful weekend. A quiet, clean, comfortable place, lots of nature and great to relax. We love the kitchen, very well-equipped, fans in every room. We were made to feel very welcome by the housekeeper, who was at the disposal.
