Second time I go to Capitolio and its surroundings, I thought furnas was worth it more than capitolio for the location of the best waterfalls, as well as being a super quiet place. The house is great and spacious, me and my family love it! All rooms with air, great and useful kitchen utensils, very top leisure area. I highly recommend it! Tati is very good people and gave a lot of attention when we need it. I would definitely rent again.

Bedding and bath linen are new and of great quality. The apartment is a staircase, but it is only a flight of stairs and the size of the step is comfortable. Apartment in the center of Capitólio, with market opposite, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, gas station, that's all right. Although it is in the center and on the main street, the noise of the street is not heard. Vagas in front of the building, next to a police battalion, super-safe. I will definitely refer it to relatives and friends, and when I return to the Capitol, I will definitely pick up this apartment again.

I was in the condominium with my family on New Year's Eve in 2023, where I would like to thank the accommodation and reception by the owners Wallace and Ricardo, and also thank you for welcoming Lucas (Caretaker) and Débora, who were wonderful people. The common area, with game tables, with many well maintained kitchen utensils and comfortable accommodation, airy and well located environment, all well cared for and clean. With the lake of Furnas right in front of the condominium, we had an excellent experience with amenity in the sightseeing by speedboat.
