The host was always helpful, polite, and quickly responded to all messages. The condominium is organized and has its own parking spaces. I recommend it!

Wonderful stay, Rafael an amazing host, attentive, polite, not even supportive I needed, as he left everything lined up and even sent explanatory videos. The modern and renovated apartment, everything working perfectly, extremely fast internet, there was absolutely nothing missing, no doubt I indicate with my eyes closed, and we will return. The fantastic location, has a Nordest region behind the building that can be reached on foot. It corresponded beyond our expectations. ♥️♥️

An apartment with a great location, very close to everything. New furniture, well-equipped kitchen, just miss a dishcloth, other than that had it all . Set of clean linen and towels. Everything is very clean and organized. We love our stay.

We had a great stay at Patricia's place and Daniel, the house perfectly accommodated my family (7 people). The house is well equipped and we didn't miss anything. An extra positive point is the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor that are ideal for people with reduced mobility. The rooms have air-conditioning, and the house is well ventilated. The condominium and the surrounding streets are safe, with easy access to commerce, beaches etc. Patrícia welcomed us very well and remained at the disposal. We would definitely return!

Large and quite comfortable accommodation. The building is old and therefore bears the marks of time. It features various amenities and environments that allow a comfortable stay for large groups.

We were drawn to Rogerio's place due to both the location and the photos. The place was just as described. Most Brazilian homes I've been to don't have air conditioning in the living room which has been an issue in apartments we've stayed at due to poor ventilation. Rogerio's place is incredibly well ventilated so even without a fan or AC, we were comfortable in the living room, dining, room, and kitchen areas as there are a lot of windows and spaces to cool the place naturally with the breeze from the Ocean. The house was incredibly spacious and has everything a family would need to feel right at home without having to leave. This was specifically important to us as we had a large party and three toddlers plus no car, which would have made arranging going out to eat for every meal very difficult. We loved this place and would stay here again any time.

We highly recommend, it is only as a suggestion to improve the functioning of air conditioning or more fan options, since the heat disrupts the sleep a little.

Está was the second lodging in Vanessa's apartment. The condominium is wonderful, with the entire structure of a resort. In relation to the apartment, clean, with the necessary utensils, bed and bath linens as well. In this our accommodation the only point to mention was a little problem in the social bathroom, but it didn't even bother us then, it wasn't necessary to even contact Vanessa. She is a super hostess, always helpful and very friendly. We will definitely come back whenever possible.

Dona Francisca welcomed me and my family very well, we felt at home during our 2 week stay. The communication was very fast and Dona Francisca was ready to clarify our doubts at any time. The kitchen has all the utensils for those who need to use it, the laundry room also has all the necessary products. I really felt at home, I highly recommend this place!

Local px the beach, bars and restaurants. Px à Morro do Careca, with a view and a beautiful beach, day or night. Inside the apartment is well arranged. Breno responded quickly to any questions and made it easy for us to get in. Easy to access parking. We had a great time, we'll be back for sure.
