I loved the stay! Check in was flexible and the apartment is great: spacious, well decorated, with a great location and security. Since it was a business trip, it was a shame not to have stayed longer, but the next time I go to São Paulo, I hope I can stay there again!

I really liked the apartment I stayed, it was very clean and organized! Impeccable kitchen and bathroom! The very well organized and well-equipped kitchen. The bed and air conditioning were well clean, without the smell of "enclosed apartment", which shows that the host takes great care of the apartment! I would definitely stay in the same apartment again!

The Zoraide space is PERFECT! The apartment is new, EXTREMELY CLEAN, complete and cozy. Everything is easy and practical! Zoraide always responds promptly and with gentleness. The price is fair for the quality of the accommodation. I will definitely stay again when I need it.

Apartment very well located, in a safe region with easy access to everything. The space was clean, organized and exactly like in the pictures. The wifi worked perfectly throughout the stay, and the parking space was a great differentiator. Excellent cost-benefit, I'd definitely be back!

Great house, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, full kitchen, full laundry, barbecue and leisure area, bed and bath linens, swimming pool and near the beach. Hosto mil note, always very helpful, responds quickly, gives clear and objective instructions, flexible chekin helped my family too much. I highly recommend the accommodation and the host Mr. Alexandre.

The house is wonderful, the same and even better than in the photos, clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy. great house, accommodated people very well. Very well equipped, with many items for cooking and using the barbecue. Good quality internet for home office and there was redundancy (2 providers, in case one was bad). We found the place very clean and tidy. Location very close to the beach and now the condominium has beach service which is very convenient. Dalton was a very attentive and helpful host, assisting us and answering questions. I hope to return another time.

Pedro received me at the Garage , a receptive person and a lot of requests. The house exactly the photos presented, the very clean house, modern decoration, atmosphere of peace and quiet. The complete kitchen for everyday meals. Impeccable bathroom with clean towels and the care of having shampoo and conditioner for the forgotten on duty🥰. For being part of a condominium, where it has the entire beach structure, we only had the concern of taking our personal belongings! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. The apartment is excellent, in an amazing location very close to some of the best restaurants/nightlife in Sao Paulo, and the top-floor gym and pool are incredible. Marcello is an ideal Airbnb host, very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The building requires pre-registration and facial recognition for entrance and exit, which was new to me, and was cool to experience, but also not something I'd expected, and which also made having guests more difficult. Overall it was a great experience, and I'd happily stay there again -- muito obrigado!

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.
