Vacation rentals in Santo Tomas, Ponce

Our family of 6 (my husband, myself, and our 4 boys - 6, 9, 11, 13) were so grateful to have found such a great home to use as our base during our Puerto Rico vacation. Wes was a more than gracious host - being incredibly responsive, helpful and very willing to go the extra mile. Our trip was 100% made better because of Wes’ home and we would totally return and recommend it to others given the opportunity!

The villa is immaculate, with thoughtful design and impeccable cleanliness. Every detail has been considered for ease of access, with clear labels and readily available directions for any items that require them. We arrived at night, and the villa's patios and interiors were beautifully lit, making it easy to navigate and settle in. The kitchen is well-stocked, with clean and easily accessible appliances. Every area is thoughtfully equipped with expected essentials and delightful extras—ranging from Puerto Rican coffee to aloe vera for those moments when you’ve lingered too long in the sun. Rosemara is an exceptional host—always responsive and proactive in keeping us updated on local news that could affect our stay. For instance, during a mild power outage, we were only aware of it thanks to her timely notification. This brings me to a standout feature: Rosemara’s unit is equipped with both Tesla batteries and solar power, providing an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind. A++++++

I read EVERY review under this house BEFORE renting it & found I would take the chance at rent it myself. After my 10 day stay, I can say this was the most pleasant/peaceful experience ever. Kevin responds QUICKLY anytime I reach out. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Nobody bothers anybody. The house was clean and EXACTLY as described. I had a blast here with my brothers. Not one issue. Washing machine, bathrooms, kitchen, wifi, Air conditioning, TV, ALL of it was perfect. I have no complaints. I just hope this is still listed next time I come to puerto rico for the same price. between me and my two brothers splitting the cost between us three for the 10 night stay…. i felt guilty for how good the deal was. no lie. I think applebees charges more for a good night out then kev does for a good night here. I highly recommend. I read every review, dont listen any negative ones. im sure those people didnt communicate or read the description correctly. cause i can vouch for this crib.

Excellent stay in a beautiful beach house. Johanna's hospitality really made us feel at home. The place was spotless and had everything we could've possibly needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Even though PR had a massive blackout and the house didn’t have a generator because the area usually has no power shortage problems, we left and came back because the house is very cozy and spacious, and Dave was always available to address our concerns.

Great place to stay in Cabo Rojo/Boquerón! Super cute and clean, close to the beach and good restaurants, and it felt very private. We’d definitely come back!

This condo was just as described. When we opened the door it smelled amazing. the Decor was beautiful. The sound of the waves were incredible to go to sleep and when you wake up. This will now be my go to spot when ever I go back to visit my family. 10/10 recommend.

First and foremost the hosts were exactly how all Airbnb hosts should be! Helpful, friendly, and responsive. I would've given this place a 3.5-4 star review if not for the great hosts which made it a 5. The hosts were so great in fact that I feel bad sharing what I didn't like but I want to be completely honest for all other guest considering spending their family vacation in PR. My main issue was that the view of the ocean is not as good as photos suggest. Still, very nice accommodations with plenty of space for our group. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Great hosts! The construction next door was much more annoying than anticipated in terms of disrupting the view. To be fair hosts mentioned that in listing but I think photos of showing the view should be changed. Another con was neighbors barking dog because with the way the houses are built on an island it sounded like it was inside our house. I would happily stay here again, just not for $1200/night.

Arnoldo’s place was great! The hammock was perfect to relax with morning coffee & in the evening after a day at the beach or exploring the island! The view was just as shown in the pictures, gorgeous! The surrounding area was very quiet & very safe! Jobos beach is our favorite & just down the street! The condo has everything the listing says it has & was a great place to enjoy the 2nd half of our stay in Puerto Rico!

We loved it. Everything clean, comfortable bed, close to everything and the very friendly host.

Beautiful place and view was beyond what we expected. Didn’t feel like we wasted any time when we were home because there was still plenty to see. Spotted beautiful iguanas out back, and watched the sunset on our final day. Just perfect!
