Great stay. Very comfortable bed, excellent location, very good breakfast (despite payment on the outside), very kind hostess. We needed to keep the bags on arrival because we would go to another city and also on the way out, and everything went very well, the reception staff were very kind, polite and helpful. If it helps, it would be interesting to put an iron at guests' disposal, given that some states use different voltage, so it makes it unfeasible even for those who carry their own iron. Naturally, the clothes are crumpled on account of the luggage.

Tranquila, great place

Wonderful Flat! Everything very clean, very well located and structured. Denise is so friendly and thoughtful. I'll definitely be back more often. The flat has a minibar, 2-burns stove, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cookware, hairdryer, tv in the living room and in the bedroom. The sofa bed surprised me for the comfort. Without a doubt the best flat I've ever stayed.

Comfortable and very well equipped space for two people. Joker location for those who are on a walk or for work.

Our second time going to this home and we love it very much. I no longer change and I will go whenever I have the opportunity. It was impeccable, well clean, well organized. The bed is wonderful, very comfortable. The TV picks up perfectly, the shower is delicious. We very much like that it has a water filter. I want to come back more often!

great place, close to everything, Marcelo is super helpful and kind, apt corresponds to what Marcelo informs, good mattress, internet works right. The place of the apto is in the lower Augusta, a place that makes a noise in the early morning, but with closed windows and air-conditioning can sleep

It was all excellent. The fact that staying inside a hotel (worth more than the hotel's own daily rate) made a lot of sense to me and my coworker who shared the room with me. We had a client of the company staying at the hotel and had the opportunity to have coffee with him (of course, paying the part), as well as all the comfort and comfort of the common areas of the hotel. For us it was super worth it ! And the host answered all our questions very quickly!!!

Great location for those who want to stay in a safe location in São Paulo. Marcia is extremely kind and proactive. The flat with parking is a great differential. Next stay for sure will be again in this accommodation.
