Apartment well located, practical check-in, the rooms are comfortable. There are Bares, restaurants and bakeries very close by, in addition to having breakfast in the building generating a greater convenience. I liked it a lot, I will definitely return to the apartment.

We, a family of three, stayed at Flavia's place for a month. It was great! It is located inside a hotel so there is always a receptionist available downstairs and on the phone to answer any questions. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. Pros: Daily room cleaning, very comfortable beds, free garage space, gym and pool, excellent location near Paulista and Oscar Freire. The only downside is that the wifi is very weak, but if you only use wifi for sending messages then it works fine.

Another awesome stay ! I will be back j. the future. The location and the apartment is well worth the price.

Great stay. Very comfortable bed, excellent location, very good breakfast (despite payment on the outside), very kind hostess. We needed to keep the bags on arrival because we would go to another city and also on the way out, and everything went very well, the reception staff were very kind, polite and helpful. If it helps, it would be interesting to put an iron at guests' disposal, given that some states use different voltage, so it makes it unfeasible even for those who carry their own iron. Naturally, the clothes are crumpled on account of the luggage.

The house located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood, only 2 blocks away from the Paulista Ave. Walking around the neighborhood is an enjoyable experience. The place is cozy, good for friends gathering. Everything looks just the same as pictures showed on website. I think we made a great choice to stay here in São Paulo. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Studio organized, clean, comfortable. Close to bars, restaurants, subway just 2 blocks away. Swimming pool and gym in the building. Underground parking. Great option to stay in the central region and Av. Paulista. Would definitely come back!!

Wonderful Flat! Everything very clean, very well located and structured. Denise is so friendly and thoughtful. I'll definitely be back more often. The flat has a minibar, 2-burns stove, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cookware, hairdryer, tv in the living room and in the bedroom. The sofa bed surprised me for the comfort. Without a doubt the best flat I've ever stayed.

I love staying at Rómulo’s place it is my second time and I always have a great experience. Apartment is clear and organized, super well Located with the mall right crossing the street and a great gym was than one block away. It is just my favorite place to stay in SP

The location is mto good and the apt is beautiful, great for two people. It was very clean, and it is well equipped to the point that I can put a simple table for the night of revellion (bowls, American play, beautiful crockery). It also has an induction cook and the minibar is powerful. We love and would come back.

Anfitria too attentive, details of the apartment made all the difference as on the occasion that it had a coffee maker for use of capsules, wonderful shower, cable TV, clean air conditioning and otima temperature, clean microwave, comfortable bed and great space.
