The stay was great - top equipped apartment in a quiet area with wonderful sea views. By car, they are easy to reach beautiful beaches on the south coast as well as restaurants and supermarkets, etc. Communication was excellent and the hostess is very nice, flexible and warm. We are happy to recommend this apartment 😊

Very nice house with amazing view from terrace. You can enjoy sunset from there at the evening. The house itself it good and comfortable. There are not so many activities in the village (at least in low-season in March), but you have nice views and nice beaches around (10-15 minutes by car). There are some shops in the village for basic products and very good and big CONAD supermarket in town Iglesias (25 minutes by car). I enjoyed my stay there and can definitely recommend this place.

A functional apartment well equipped except the oven, very clean… beautiful room… which overlooks a nice private garden and a courtyard with garden table… pleasant environment… Giorgio has attention to detail… everything is perfect. A base for visiting the islands… because the village is not very attractive.

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

The apartment is large and fresh. Equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant vacation, equipped with two beautiful bathrooms each with shower. The living area is in continuity with the outside (large terrace including outdoor shower and a beautiful barbecue area) and located not far from the center and just 400 meters from Sottotorre beach. The Grande beach and the Saline are also easily accessible. Approved with full marks for a relaxing family vacation.

Simone is a particularly kind and helpful host. The house is really very nice and located in the immediate vicinity of the center of Teulada (2 minutes by car and 5 minutes on foot). It has everything you need and we found it functional in everything (also the internal parking space near the entrance of the house is very comfortable!) Beautiful house, great for large families, close to the center of Carloforte (about a 5-minute walk) but not too much so you can rest without being disturbed by nightlife. Raffaela is a exquisite person, helpful, welcoming, attentive, discreet and understanding. In short, if someone plans to visit the beautiful Island of San Pietro, its beaches, its characteristic places and stroll through Carloforte stopping to taste the typical cuisine in one of the many restaurants, then we recommend staying at Lo Sparviero Casa Vacanza di Raffaela.

The place is only 5 minutes from the ferry and a great place to explore Carloforte from! everything is close at a walkable distance. the place was really clean and the Host is super friendly! She even proactively gave us route descriptions and informed us about the ferry times. We would come here again without any doubt :)

Domusnovas is a peaceful little town super well located for visiting the south west of Sardinia. Lots of beautiful and very interesting sites 40 minutes around including Cagliari. Sebastiano is a very nice, kind and welcoming host. enough to have a very pleasant time.

We had a lovely time staying in Sant'Antioco. The area is fantastic and the flat was well placed to explore both on foot and by car. The flat itself was well proportioned and had everything we needed in it; the AC was apricated in the bedrooms and we made the most of the beautiful courtyard with the lemon trees.

Very well equipped and new. Very pleasant terrace. There is nothing missing (maybe 1 microwave?) and the city center is very close. Private parking is a real advantage . The small touches (cakes, welcome pack, breakfast, wine...) were greatly appreciated. We had an excellent reception. Very nice bedding. We felt like we were at home. We would recommend it. Great value for money

The property is in a kind of holiday village with its own small park, which offers incredible views of the coast and the ruins of the former mining facilities. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which we also used daily. Good restaurants are within walking distance, as well as two mini supermarkets. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The only flaw was that the communal pool cannot be used from September at lunchtime from 1 PM to 3 PM. But the landlord can't do anything about that.
