Vacation rentals in Sant'Agata Bolognese

A well located apartment, close to the city center of Ferrara, in a house where the owner also lives. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean and very well equipped (garden furniture, children's games, baby seat, pool for washing a baby). The beds are firm, new and comfortable. The owner is absolutely charming. Dynamic, attentive and responsive, she makes sure to give valuable information about the surrounding shops and visits to the city. It's really nice to stay at Barbara's place. We thank her so much for her warm welcome.

The place was easily to reach, close to several bus stops. also, clean and has enough equipment for a short trip.

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

Mirsie is a wonderful host! It's been a pleasure staying with her. The whole apartment was beautiful and spotless. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of space, beautiful plants. The apartment was warm and quiet. Mirsie welcomed us to the apartment and recommended several places in Bologna. It was easy to get in touch with her. Beautiful view even in rainy weather (Ruth and Paul had nothing to do with it). On the first valleys of the Apennines. 1 hour drive from Modene, Bologna. Ideal for also going to Mantua (too little-known and beautiful palace, parking at the Canoe camp), Parma or Ferrara (a pleasure by bike, renting from Todisco, cheap and nice). Clean and quiet rental (2 other tenants received the same week in the adjoining apartment and we heard nothing because the walls of the farm are very thick and well insulated). Ruth and Paul are hosts as we love them: welcoming, discreet and available (thank you again for our late arrival). Always good tips. A good place to enjoy the region by avoiding rentals of the agricultural valley, less typical, even if it has its charm. Great for going on the Apennine trails.

The apartment is small and cute, it is right on a beautiful place with the possibility to take an aperitivo in many small bars. You can enjoy the student flair near the main attractions. Location was perfect for us! The only drawback is that it is a little clairvoyant in the hallway. The host is very accommodating :)
