The villa is very comfortable. It has utensils in the kitchen to prepare food. The place is quiet to rest and very close to the beach and supermarkets and restaurants. We went as a family and we liked it very much. We will definitely stay with Carlie again

Joseph’s property is a serene, peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and just a five-minute walk to the ocean. The tranquil setting and nature’s beauty made it the perfect escape for New Year's Eve. One highlight was meeting Macho, the friendly “guardian” dog, who quickly became a cherished part of our stay. Joseph’s hospitality was exceptional—he was kind, responsive, and even made us delicious homemade pizza one evening. We had a small misunderstanding about bringing two dogs instead of one, but Joseph was incredibly understanding and welcomed both with open arms. The property itself was well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with inviting outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy nature. Our only minor issue was a missed cleaning service, but Joseph apologized and offered to reschedule, though it was too close to our departure to be worthwhile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d love to return!

The place is very clean, close to the beach and very close to the pool and in front of the store. The host is very friendly. I would definitely stay at the place again

Nadine was very helpful and responsive. And her local contact person was supportive and knowledgeable as well. The villa worked well for two couples. It was well supplied and we had everything that we needed, although nothing fancy. Los Delfines is a unique community, with many people who live there volunteering their time and skills to provide lots of activities. There was pickleball lessons, pickleball, birding, yoga, volleyball, euchre, hiking and more. The beach is perfect for walking. Lots of great restaurants and villages to explore in the area. Got to love those beautiful scarlet mackaws!! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Scott and Natalia’s place in beautiful Santa Teresa! We stayed at 3 places in Costa Rica, and this was by far our favorite. The location was absolutely perfect and walking distance to everything, including the beach. It was very well maintained and they even suggested an amazing excursion. We rented ATVs and went to Montezuma and a ton of small towns on our own, with their suggestion. It was our favorite day of the trip! Lots of monkey and wildlife by the pool, and beautiful beach across the road. Do not hesitate to book this 100000/10 Airbnb. Great price too! Thanks again Scott and Natalia! I know Mal País and Santa Tere for over 20 years and I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS THANKS TO PABLO and his FINQUITA! If you are looking for the place of your dreams in the place of your dreams , don't hesitate ! This beautiful place complements paradise, it has EVERYTHING , what a traveler dreams and more! TOTALLY PRIVATE, but at the same time with a perfect location, with a supermarket 1 min walk super equipped with Vinos y Cortes Premium Meat, seafood, seasonal fruits and a 10 min walk to a fish market! The house is beautiful , the spacious rooms, the kitchen a dream , the A/C really ice cream, TV with Netflix wowwwww!!! Thank you Pablo for making my instance amazing, I arrived in the morning and always attentive to me! I hope and wish to return , is that you fall short with the description, a huge garden, space for several vehicles, patio , a huge room… I swear to come back !!!

We had a great stay! The house is as described in the pictures. Some helpful things to know- bring your own toiletries, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher pods etc. as there is a limited supply provided (2 rolls toilet paper and paper towel). The only thing supplied was hand soap, kitchen soap and garbage bags. Also, if you are picky about your bed sheets I would bring your own - the sheets on the beds are very old and pilly. There are quite a few small grocery stores in the area and many fruit stands to purchase food The home is a 1 min walk from a beautiful peaceful beach. The pool was cleaned daily Overall it was a wonderful stay. The best dinner place in the area is a short 5-7 min drive down the road to PEPEZ in Tambor - up a steep road but overlooking the entire ocean and surrounding The house is in a great location to explore if you have a vehicle. The host was very helpful and always responsive to messages. We will return

The airbnb was so clean and well kept! The daily cleaning and responsiveness were amazing as well! There were a few times coconuts were left in the fridge for us which was extra special. The spaces were clean and modern and was exactly as described! Absolutely loved staying here and definitely will return when I come back to Santa Teresa!

Casa Nirozet was perfect for our family of 6. We especially loved the proximity to the beach, the functional kitchen, outdoor space for kids to play, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The hosts were immediately responsive and friendly!

The kitchen is super spacious and fully equipped, even with condiments, which greatly enhances the experience and shows that everything is designed so that nothing is missing. We noticed that there are two Wi-Fi networks, which was a plus, since the signal reaches well both inside the house and in the pool area. As for security, it is excellent, which provides a sense of tranquility and a very family-friendly atmosphere. The owners' service was remarkable

The place was amazing! The pictures did not do it justice… bedrooms were clean and gorgeous with views, outdoor kitchen and living space gave a very tropical experience, the pool was a lifesaver in the heat and after hiking up the steep steep hill! *hint - you should get a 4wheel drive car* A very private and calming oasis that was perfect. Loved that we had a washer and dryer to clean up after we had been staying by the volcano for the first part of our trip and needed a refresh. Close enough to the busy Santa Teresa street with shops and yummy restaurants, close to playa Carmen beach which was relatively unpopulated during the day… swimming in warm ocean waves is life! Sunset brought the people out to the beach to watch which gave a community vibe. Oliver gave great recommendations for tide pools and less popular swim spots… and local costa rican music for us to listen to and get the full vibe. Would 100% recommend and hope to be back again! - with a 4wheel drive car this time ;)

Super great penthouse. We lacked nothing missing and was the best accommodation of our trip in Costa Rica. The entire complex and the residential units are modern and very stylish. Spyros was always available and gave us great tips for the area. Mega that there is a daily room service and you can save the dishes. All around a recommendation!

Our stay was fantastic, the villa is stunning and it was clean, we will come back for sure. Great communication, the only thing was that there was a poweroutage, from 8am to 4pm on our checkout day, which we got to know at 8.10am, would have been nice to know that in advance, because it appeared it was planned. Otherwise everything was great and thanks a lot for the nice stay! 🤩

This secluded home surrounded by lush gardens on the beach in the heart of Santa Teresa was exactly what we were looking for. It was cozy, comfortable and laid back. A place to relax but also exciting for our family to explore, with easy access to surfing, dining and shopping. Much thanks to Host Scott for his friendly hospitality.

We absolutely loved Anna’s piece of paradise! Freddy, the caretaker is a wonderful man and super helpful. The location is perfect. It is gorgeous and unique. There is so much to do and the restaurants are unbelievably delicious! Anna’s bohemian style home is welcoming and cozy and she has great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. We would come visit again in a heartbeat!

Such a beautiful stay, perfect location close to restaurants, cafes and steps away from the beach. We stayed with a 7 month old and 5 year old and they had the best time!

The house was located in the heart of town but set away from the road so it felt very peaceful and private. Richard was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations.

April’s place is amazing!! The ocean and sunset views from her place are simply spectacular! Falling asleep to the sound of the distant waves was such a treat. The place was very clean and well stocked with anything you could ever possibly need. The private infinity pool with stunning ocean views and comfortable day beds was heaven on earth! It felt like an oasis. It was also a nice surprise to have the fridge stocked with fresh fruit! April was always very helpful and made us feel welcome. We were sad to leave and look forward to visiting again! Thank you April! 🙏🙏

This is probably the best place I’ve booked in my travels around the world. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to be comfortable like home. It’s in the best location of the condominium, just a few steps to the ocean and the restaurant, as well as the volleyball court. The condominium has a nice supermarket and you don’t have to leave the property unless you want to visit the local attractions. But the highlight is the wildlife surrounding the place - macaws, monkeys, foxes, crabs and all kinds of birds at your footsteps, just amazing! I highly recommend It.
