I had a wonderful stay at Natalia's place! She greeted me warmly upon arrival and was incredibly kind throughout my stay. The house is modern - a cool two-story duplex with stairs, beautifully designed, and equipped with brand new appliances. US style washer and dryer!! Everything I needed was provided, and the amenities were top-notch. The location is perfect—quiet, peaceful, and close to everything I wanted to explore. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Thank you, Natalia, for such a great experience!

Everything is very good. The apartment is well equipped, the apartment is well equipped, the building is well located and Miss Morales attentive to everything was a point of tranquility in our stay. We will be happy to be back.

Excellent service , excellent to go as a couple , the state of the bathroom and the relentless jacuzzi, the administrator always with excellent service n and an excellent disposition. Private , the ambiance , all spectacular ! Important to get to the site hopefully have own transport, motorcycle or car , but 100% recommended

It is a very nice and strategic place in Salento. Everything is walkable but still you are in a calm area. Mario is very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay. We arrived quite late but the host welcomed us at the door without an issue. The room for four people is not huge, but gets the job done. We primarily relaxed on the nice terrace. At the departure day it was no issue storing the luggage in the accommodation until the evening.

The host was very nice and responsive during the stay. Likewise, he was sympathetic to an unforeseen event that was presented to us. The place meets the expectations described in the photos posted. The stay was very pleasant.

Wooow wooow wooow !! This is one of the most beautiful place I’ve rented ! It is way more beautiful than the picture . This place is a dream place . I highly recommended it . It was a 10/10 for us . We stayed for 5 days and didn’t wanted to leave !!! The host is exceptional also nothing to say . It was super safe , there is a gate at the entrance of the domaine and also a gate directly on the property We felt super safe in this place . It was a real place to relax and enjoy the pool ! A great stay in Pereira. The apartment is specious, clean and well maintained. The terrace is a really great feature and an ideal place to relax in this urban centre. The property is well located within walking distance to all attractions of the city centre and numerous restaurants. The host was really nice to communicate with and he arranged a really nice swift check-in. My regret was that I couldn't stay longer since I'd definitely enjoy it.

Daniel was always really responsive regarding any questions I had prior to my arrival. Once at the apartment I was met by Mireya who walked me around the property to ensure that everything was in order and to my likening. The apartment is located 5 minutes taxi drive to midtown Pereira although Dosquebradas has it charm on its own and has plenty to do. Santa Rosa de Cabal is about 20 minutes away from the apartment and it should be considered a "must" stop if you have time to spare in the area. Overall I had a great experience with Daniel and Mireya, the apartment was amazing with great views of Pereira and Dosquebradas. I will definitely stay at Daniel's place the next time I need to swing by Pereira. I highly recommend this listing!! Thanks Daniel and Mireya!

It is a very good, spacious and clean apartment. The set has a swimming pool, soccer court and gym in very good condition. Very comfortable, recommended

Beautiful apartment exactly as advertised! Fully equipped, perfect location! Gorgeous view! Great communication with hosts. Delightful cross draft when the windows are open, although a bit noisy from the traffic below. Highly recommend!!
