Second time I'm staying in Kennedy's place and I'll always recommend it to everyone! Extremely attentive, clean and smelling apartment, and always with some chocolat and water as a courtesy. Comfortable room with a safe and quiet environment. I'll definitely always come back.

Super cozy and comfortable accommodation. Wanderson is a super kind, polite and helpful host. I recommend hosting without any reservations. The space is impeccable clean and organized, arrives gave me a taste to arrive after a tiring trip and find that space at my disposal. I had a very quiet and comfortable stay.

Clean apartment, smelling bedding and bathrooms, cleaning products at your disposal. Comfortable beds kitchen utensils sufficient for the number of guests. The space was organized, table set and with mimo. The condominium very safe and organized. Clean and no messy pool. The neighborhood is good with many gastronomic options nearby. The host Tiago was super accessible, responded quickly and very attentive. I loved my stay super recommend

Impeccable villa! All very clean, the kitchen meets the necessities, impeccable bathroom. The house contains an air-conditioning in the bedroom that certainly makes all the difference. Fabio is very helpful and kind , always willing to help in the best way. We were pleased to meet your wife who is a pure sympathy, couple note 10! We definitely recommend too much !!!

The apartment is exactly like in the listing pictures. All in perfect condition and operation, well equipped, and a very pleasant environment. Check in was very quiet, Dmercleia passed all the necessary guidelines; other guidelines and house rules were left close to the tv, which also helped a lot; towels and soaps were also available for each guest (we were 3). Indico the stay, and we intend to look for it again on the next trips to the city.

Very spacious apartment, equipped with all the kitchen items and very quiet the space, it seemed that there was no one in the properties next to kkkkkk Fernanda was also flexible during the check in time and provided quick service when I needed it.

A spacious veranda features a hammock for relaxation, surrounded by greenery and vibrant flowers. Sunlight filters through the open space, illuminating a rustic wooden chair and a dining area in the background. The ceiling is adorned with beams, enhancing the airy feel.

We passed the 2025 New Year's Eve in the house. The site is surrounded by trees and nets, which brings a pleasant climate to spend the day. The house is decorated in a very cozy tone. I highly recommend, I wish to return in a brief future

Everything was excellent, exactly what we were looking for. The house was impeccably clean, with all the utensils and rooms in perfect condition. We are very pleased with the care to include a folder with information and guidance on the locality, something extremely useful for those who visit the region. Wellington and Guis were very helpful and always available to answer questions and meet our needs. I only make a reservation about the bathtub. By the images and by the mention of the item "Jacuzzi", we understand that it was a whirlpool, but it was not the case. In addition, everything was very good and well organized.

Apartment has a good structure, with bakery and nearby market. It has all kitchen utensils, iron, drinking fountain, super comfortable double mattress, electric shower, air conditioning and fans, washing machine. Ideal for a family of 4 with children. We did several rides because we were driving. Your very attentive Alexandre. It was 8 wonderful family days with great cost benefit.
