The place is beautiful and makes you feel at ease. It's in a perfect area and I thought it was going to be smaller because of some reviews I read, and not at all. It is quite modern, beautiful and quiet. The bathroom is perfect, the large terrace (long), the large bed room and also communicates with the terrace, as does the living room. Modern microwave and hob. It's very comfortable and the area can't be better. I recommend the garage space available, since it is in private parking, next door, and you stop having to be moving the car back and forth, even if everything is close. Comfort is always essential. Pablo is super friendly and understanding.

Raquel was very kind. The house is completely renovated inside. Everything you need to be comfortable. He was thoughtful enough to leave us breakfast for our arrival. Very comfortable and conveniently located, with easy parking.

A perfect apartment for a young couple. It is super close to the center of Salamanca and the super friendly and respectful neighborhood, they were painting a house they were ventilating the whole pill to be able to remove the smell of paint and not sleep with it. The apartment had all the utensils described in the description. Manuel was the one who received us and was super accessible with us. We were very comfortable and happy. The only constructive criticisms I would do are that the bathroom mat is better than fabric than wood, since all the water comes out when leaving the shower; and we could not ventilate the apartment because we were not told how to open the window that has but otherwise , everything in perfect condition.

everything perfect in the heart of Salamanca. The apartment is very comfortable and perfect for 4 people also had air conditioning that with the day it was necessary. Very friendly in everything and a tipzo that there is parking (for a fee) on the premises because it is difficult to park.

Maria Ángeles has a wonderful treatment, it is our case to being very flexible upon entry and exit, because the situation allowed at the time, and we are hugely grateful for it. The apartment is as seen in the photos, close to the downtown area and is a quiet neighborhood! I recommend this place 100%

I stayed here for a month while studying at the University. The apartment is very comfortable, perfectly located, with beautiful views and lots of light. The host keeps the apartment very clean, and is very communicative and helpful. My experience was excellent, I recommend it when you are in Salamanca.

Jose was an amazing host, responded straight away to all our questions. Everything in the apartment was exactly as expected and we thought overall it was a really great deal. Clean , tidy and generally as pictured - the third bedroom is behind a hidden bookcase door which is a fun twist as well. Would stay again x

Alicia's place is really lovely. Despite being next to a main road it is really quiet and is in a neighbourhood full of beautiful street art, with an art piece right outside the bathroom window. It's so easy to walk into town and back and the city is beautiful. The flat is cool, clean and comfortable with everything you need. A really nice place to spend a few days in Salamanca.

New apartment, exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean. It has a Dulce Gusto coffee maker and a kettle. The living room is quite large, with a double sofa bed. It has blinds on all the windows. The bedroom has a full bathroom inside with shower, towel warmer. There's another full one too. Mirrors with built-in touch light. Hot/cold air pumps in living room and bedroom. It's just 20 meters from the main square and downtown area. Communication with Triorisa was a 10, answering everything right away and they even helped us with the parking area. We had breakfast included in a Pans downstairs. We were right at home. The cleanliness, I think it's the cleanest place we've ever been to. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. The hairdryer was broken and they brought us another one in 10 minutes. Spectacular service, 100% recommended

The house is very complete and comfortable, it is in a quiet place and close to the city. Almu is a great host, super nice and attentive. Definitely recommend!

Veronica is a lovely woman, super friendly. I took my dogs and she didn't mind them barking while they played. The house is super comfortable, cozy. Veronica is attentive, affectionate and very close, we will definitely be back 100%. Thank you

Everything's great, a very well located place if you want to get away from the city, easy to enter the apartment, the layout and the kitchen are well-equipped, the only downside is that it could use a small oven.

Magnificent villa with leisure and sports areas

A very pleasant experience. The house is very spacious, living room, kitchen etc. very comfortable if you go in large groups. Above all, I'd also like to highlight the number of bathrooms there were, and that they were recently renovated. The living room also has two areas, and the garden is very large, with a swimming pool, basketball court, soccer, etc. It's a shame not to have been able to enjoy the outdoors more because of the rains, but the house is so big that you felt comfortable inside. The host (Juan) was very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is very safe with codes for the entrance, and the cars parked inside.

Jose Alberto's apartment is spacious with a sunny lr/dr, comfortable couches and a good size dining table. The kitchen is generally sizable for 2 cooks and well supplied. The sink area is tight with a column right behind it. Convenient to have dishwasher and clothes washer. Appliances seem on the new side and work well. We used two of the 3 bedrooms and found the beds very comfortably firm. The room darkening shutters made for easy sleeping. The radiators in each room are not adjustable but easy enough to open a window as needed and fans are provided. The wifi can be spotty in the main bedroom. Largely quiet neighbors at night, some 3pm music blasts a couple of times that didn't last long. Great showers- spacious, water pressure, plenty of hot water for multiple bathers. Easy keyless entry via app and very responsive host. Neighborhood has everything you need to live like a local and it's a 15 min walk to the old town and university. Would recommend!
