Beachfront vacation rentals in Santa Marinella

This is the accommodation where I stayed for a day before going to the airport. Privacy was very well protected, and most importantly, it was close to the beach, and the neighborhood was clean and quiet, so it was perfect for ending the trip. The house was as tidy as described, and it was pleasant and safe. The host was also very friendly and quickly answered any questions. And they booked an airport shuttle for me, so I was able to resolve the heavy luggage issue. Thank you.💓

We spent an amazing week in Torvaianica during this holiday season, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Although out of the bathing season, the site proved to be a true haven of peace in winter. The extensive sandy area offers quiet walks and moments of contemplation, especially at sunset. Simply stunning! We would also like to highlight the exceptional care and attention on the part of the lessee. Since the time of arrival, I have felt truly welcomed. The house was impeccably clean, heated and prepared with all the details designed for our comfort. There were even welcome treats, such as appetizers, sweets, compote, tea, coffee, etc., and local suggestions for meals. There was nothing missing, and all the care shown has made this our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, beauty and a personal touch at the reception!

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The location is very good as it is located directly on the beach. Good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The host answered all questions quickly and easily, as well as gave many tips.

Lovely views from the terrace and well connected to Rome. The host was very helpful and we would love to stay a couple more days.

Luciana's place was perfect for our family trip to Rome. Ostia is a bit away from the city, but all stores are easily accessible by train and metro. The apartment was as-advertised, and Luciana was in the apartment to meet us, explain the apartment, and tell us where shops, the beach, and train stations were located. She also allowed us to check in when we arrived, which greatly helped. Great stay, highly recommended.

Salvatore was kind, responsive, and amazing at communicating across our language barrier. His place feels like a vintage yacht, and the view is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this as a Ostia beach getaway, and exactly what we needed after some long flights.

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was considered in the house. Everything we needed was available with the instructions to use it. Marco answered our questions at all times and showed constant attention to whether we needed it. We were very satisfied with the stay, we made a walk to the train station because we did not have a car, we did a taxi at night. The taxis do not work until late hours, but there are private taxi services, if you arrange one of those services before the stay, you will be more comfortable to go to the station. Apart from that, you can walk by the sea on two lower streets and enter the sea in the summer. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Enrico is such a kind host. He is very personable and communicative. He is understanding and compassionate if travel plans change and is very flexible. The property is excellent value for money. We would highly recommend.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

A great place to stay in

The house is really very nice and equipped with everything you need to stay comfortably, very close to the sea and the metro. The owner is incredibly kind, and she was always available and I was able to contact her for any need. I stayed with my athletes for the Artistic Swimming Championships and we all had a great time.

Fiumicino is ver peaceful. This location is right across from the beach and the whole strip is full of restaurants that you can walk to. I traveled to Rome and Florence from here, and it wasn’t a hassle. Even exploring Fiumicino was easy and cool. I know the summer time in this area is a blast! Locals will help you for the most part. You are walking distance from the bus and the convenience to ADR airport is the best part. Our host was very nice and welcoming. Her communication made our stay and comfortable a breeze. The inside is very cute, and clean. All appliances you need to eat,cook and even shower is available :) The area is quiet all day. I’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Nettuno! The view from the balcony was breathtaking und it was super close to the beach! The Appartement was really clean and cozy!

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Great location in Ostia surrounded by alot of restaurants and easy to get around with electric scooters and bikes. Also close to the metro so if you want to go into Rome it’s great also. Nice place comfortable beds and a clean space ! Recommend highly if in Ostia
