Vacation rentals in Santa Marina del Rey

Really enjoyed our stay - loved the pool and outdoor area - it was perfect. Everything was as described and we had a lovey few days relaxing. Highly recommend.

Congratulations Ana, for the excellent idea of restoring by combining the architectural elements and original materials of this wonderful apartment that is possibly almost 100 years old, with the comforts of a modern apartment. I loved the original terracotta or cement tile floors, and the cast iron radiators with legs, the super high ceilings that give a special brightness to all the rooms, the doors that I suppose are the original ones, etc. All this combined with a modern and perfectly equipped kitchen. The decoration ideas using the original frames and windows, the decoration of the classic furniture painted with great taste and care. The restoration of the sofas, in my humble opinion, was a great success. I wish you every success as I am sure your apartment is an excellent choice for those of us who like to enjoy comfortable, spacious accommodation close to everything.

Communication with Marina was great, responding to the moment and giving solutions. We were 4 couples and a baby and the common spaces are perfect and spacious to share, plus a porch on the terrace that gives you the option to be outdoors. Taking a walk around the village is also very nice, yes, go before to the supermarket that the distances are long. Anyway in the village there is a shop with a little bit of everything in case of emergency. All in all, we had a great weekend.

A great house to spend a few days disconnected in a very quiet area. The house is huge, and with everything you need. Enrique welcomed us with some very rich pastries that Tinina made. It's already worth it to come back just to eat those pastries :)

EASY COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST. THE LITTLE HOUSE WAS LIKE A FAIRY TALE, THE LOCATION WAS UNBEATABLE, VERY QUIET, PLACES OF INTEREST VERY CLOSE AND TIPS FROM THE HOST TO GET TO KNOW THE AREA. The location of the house was perfect. Just a few meters away, a mountain route begins, where we were able to enjoy a great day of snow. The house is very nice, very comfortable and with everything you need. Eulalia was attentive to us over the weekend, responding to our messages very quickly. Definitely a great choice if you want to enjoy a weekend of nature and tranquility.

It's been a wonderful few days. The perfect house. Cozy, cool with those walls in this hot month. A perfect outdoor space to enjoy for both us and our dogs. We didn't use the barbecue or fireplace, but they won't wait. There was nothing missing, everything tidy and clean. and the attention from Ariana superbuena. In short: if you want to be close to Somiedo Park, Laciana and in the middle of Babia this is the house. Don't hesitate.
