House vacation rentals in Santa Maria La Nova

Fantastic stay for 5 family members. Beautiful villa with exceptional view and lovely balcony. Close to store and great restaurant. Loved the kitchen and dining area. Walked down to town twice. Not that hard, but did take the bus on return that dropped off near villa. Also took boat ride along amalfi coast. The best day!! Everything Sooo nice!

Our stay in Francesca's house was perfect, she and her family are great hosts. The view from the terrace on the bay of Naples is breathtaking. The pool Is perfect to cool down after the excursions. The furnishings are simple yet tasteful and the kitchen is well equipped. The views from both bedrooms are great.. Altogether a super and memorable stay

Alessandra’s place was incredible. We enjoyed being there just as much as we enjoyed traveling around Italy. Town of Conca dei Marini and the little beach there were our favorites. Friendly people, beautiful surroundings, great central location - close to Amalfi, Agerola, Positano and Ravello. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Beautiful sunrises every day. Property manager, Anna Maria was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and amenities. Highly recommend!

Adriana is the best hostess you will ever find- anywhere. She helped us with everything we needed- this never happens at any other Airbnb’s. She makes you feel like family. She is nearby but you have privacy and feel completely at home. The apartment was as described and very near Pompeii archaeological site and near great restaurants in old town. She had local tour recommendations which we tried. Our dogs enjoyed the enclosed garden very near the apartment. Our car was safe in an enclosed and locked lot where the garden is located. Very quiet and dead end area unlike other locations in town. Highly recommend Adriana as your hostess!!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with everything you might need. We also really loved the private garden, kids playground and guide! We will go put of our way to stay here again if we are ever close again!

It's a really nice place, and very clean. However, the sofa and armchairs could use a replacement. Really nice view and it is only a 20 min drive to Sorrento. The pool area is lovely and there are nice sun loungers and umbrellas.

We had the best holiday - loved the house (nicer than the photos and perfect - every little detail is taken care of!) the location (local neighbourhood, no tourists but can walk to beautiful spots including Sorrento in less than half hour) and the whole area is fabulous - as well as lazing by pool (a lot!) we went to Sorrento Positano, Amalfi, Ravello Pompei and Naples - and the highlight of our trip - an amazing boat trip to Capri with Roberto/Kraken via Sorrento Holidays - unforgettable and one of best things we have ever done. Also recommend Garden Villa for cocktails and sunset!

This apartment is very gorgeous and amazing the panoramic view is breathtaking and the apartment was clean and tidy. Everything was perfect and well organized and I will be for sure booking this lovely apartment again!

The actual place is a gem and I would highly recommend!! we were a little worried about the marble stairs with a toddler but it was just fine! Getting to this place using public transportation was a hike up into the mountains of lots of winding roads. we traveled during off season and unfortunately most of Ravello was closed. There was one coffee shop and one pizza place open in town & that was really it! this was surprising to us and made the location less desirable during off season. But it was beautiful - amazing terrace and Roberto helped us arrange for a cab to the start of Path of the Gods as well!

The place is 5 stars in my opinion with a couple little quirks to note. Some really stand out features are the bed is soooooo comfortable, the balcony is very large with a gorgeous view, AC works very well in September, and there is a good restaurant right up the street that you can get to without any stairs called Consintino’s. A few things to note are the shower doesn’t drain very well (it’s positano and everything is old this didn’t bother us much we just used the handheld and turned the water off and on) there are some ants if you don’t keep up on emptying the garbage (again not a big deal, take out the garbage/keep clean) there is a laundry in the apt but the host said it was 15 euros for laundry. When I booked it was advertised as “free laundry in unit” so I would probably just change the description if it isn’t free anymore. The place was really clean and the host was very helpful/friendly. Book the path of the gods hike with Franco on Airbnb experiences for a great day!

This was the perfect place to stay in Sorrento. The location was better than expected and so accessible to everything with supermarkets close by and a short walk to the main center of town. The host was flexible with our check in and Lucia was great during check in and gave us great recommendations for sights seeing and explained the local transport options. The only downside was that there was a few ants around but they weren’t an issue. Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend.

Amedeo was super friendly and helpful. Guided us thru all the amenities and even helped with the luggage. Also arranged for our transportation. Would recommend any day

Maria and her husband were fantastic hosts. Very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking to them about the area and their gardens. The apartment is tucked away in the citrus trees and very private. They very generously shared ripe oranges and lemons with us. Absolutely delicious! The apartment is about a 10min walk to Piazzo Tasso but there were restaurants and supermarkets a bit closer as well. The kitchen was very convenient and well stocked. We cooked dinner several nights and were pleased with the selection of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The closest supermarkets had everything we needed. We would stay with Maria again.

Carolina was absolutely amazing. Her villa was absolutely stunning and words can’t express how much we enjoyed staying there. Thank you Carolina!

Fantastic place, stunning views, and exceptionally clean and well kept! Cozy blankets, and a beautiful space. One of the best beds we have yet to sleep in within Italy. Her husband was a gentleman and found us a parking spot and gave us a quick ride back to the location to avoid walking with luggage, and of course, helped us up to carrying our luggage as well. Extremely responsive and somehow magically was around when I needed help! The mermaid island…..THEY CAN FEEL YOU!

Incredible experience thanks to an amazing host, with and amazing property, in an amazing town. If you want a unique Italian experience that has so much to offer I can’t recommend this more. Grazie Mille Andrea we can’t thank you enough!

We spent a weekend at Casa nel Verde and everything was wonderful, from the very comfortable and cozy house, to Giovanni always super helpful. The town is the house are perfect for weekends with friends and/or family surrounded by greenery and quiet Highly recommended

This place was so utterly perfect for our group of couples. The views were literally beautiful our photos don’t do it justice. Nocelle is high above Positano and we was nervous about this, but given how busy it is the peace was amazing. The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds. We loved the terrace and balcony!! We ate at Ristorante Santa Croce which was amazing with views of Positano by night. However our best meal was thanks to Marie-Angela from Mama Luisa who due to a storm came to us and cooked, the food was fresh from her grandmothers garden, we felt very spoilt. Highly recommend booking both places. In fact I highly recommend Nocelle even with one of party with a broken ankle it was hard work with the steps but dreamy! We feel very blessed to have experienced this very special village.

We had a wonderful stay here! Booked for me, my mother and my sister for a 3 night stay. The apartment was in a good location for us, we like to walk and took only 20 minutes walk to the train station, and only 40 minutes walk to Pompei. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and the facilities were great too. Michelina and Amalia were so accommodating to some changes in our estimated arrival time, which was very much appreciated! I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the attractions within Naples, we were able to visit Naples city, Pompei, Herculaneum, and even Sorrento via the train service, which is easily walkable from the apartment. Thank you for having us, we had a wonderful time 😊

Nicola was an amazing host. He arranged for a taxi for us from the train station in Naples to Praiano and then met us there and walked us through the apartment. He also arranged for a taxi back to the train station the day we left. Also checked in frequently throughout the stay to see how things were going and if we needed anything.

We loved the apartment, comfortable, impeccable and the hosts were helpful at all times. My kids loved the garden area and the little animals there. Very quiet place and beautiful views of the mountain and the birds singing in the morning, the best way to disconnect, we would return without hesitation.

The apartment is very nice. The bed is comfortable, the view is great, and the hot tub gets hot! Katia is very nice and will help you with whatever you need. The location is tough unless you have a car or motorbike. While there is a bus stop very close, the buses only go to certain locations. Eg if you want to take a bus to and from positano you have to walk down and up many many (many) stairs to/from the stop.

A great tranquil place with a lovely garden. Our daughters absolutely loved the swings and friendly pets (dogs and cats). Great to have a car but walkable to the Pompei centre or ruins (30 mins walk). Hosts very welcoming and proactive checking if everything was ok. Very well equipped apartment too

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Carpineto, this house is very tidy and has amenities to self cater. Maiori is an excellent location to explore the beautiful Amalfi Coast and is calmer than other towns in the area. It's also convenient to drive to Pompeii /Paestum /Salerno. In October we didn't have any issues with finding parking for free on the street. The house is a 15/20 minute walk to most of the restarants and bars via a little street that follows the river, parallel to the one you park on (say "hi" to the ducks!) There are also supermarkets/grocers near by for supplies. There are regular boats from Maiori from about 5 euros per trip to places along the coast for the days you don't feel like driving the windy roads /having wine with lunch. The house is modest, comfortable and excellent value, and with lots of hot water (thanks Luigi! Sorry about mum turning all the hot water off!) Luigi is a gracious host, who communicates quickly and with kindness, highly reccomend this gem.
