House vacation rentals in Santa Maria Capua Vetere

This villa was so beautiful!!! Amazing scenery especially the backyard it is a gorgeous setting for hosting or spending plenty of time outdoors taking in the views. The home itself is very beautiful and spacious. It is a bit tricky to find if you don’t have the exact coordinates so definitely plan in advance to get those directions from the host to make it easier to find but they were very helpful and met us to help guide us to the home. The home itself was very cozy and just like the photos, we were about unimpressed with the restaurant quality in town but if you hit the local grocery store and stock up you can easily prepare a good meal at the home. Wish we stayed longer to soak in the views from this lovely home!

Carolina's house was a great place to stay for a week! We were three couples traveling together, and the house was perfect for us - great location next to a cozy town, and not far from Napoli. The pool was wonderful, especially during hot days, the kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ and outdoors areas were really cosy. We came during a hot week, and were grateful for the fans during the night. Only one bedroom has aircondition, so the others can get a little hot at night (we were told beforehand though, so it wasn't a surprise!), but overall we had a wonderful stay, and would gladly come back again!

We were made to feel very welcome and the property was wonderful. The hosts were so kind and went out if their way to help and were so generous with the lovely cake!

The place is simply wonderful, very comfortable really and with a dream setting. The hosts are one friendlier than the other, all cousins as they told us, always attentive and ready to answer any questions, in these 6 days that we stayed we had a great time even though at this time of year the weather is not good. In short, highly recommended, be sure to visit and recommend this excellent property, happiness and success with this wonderful venture, next time we will stay longer, as it is well worth it.

This house is fantastic, the views are absolutely spectacular! The photos don’t do it justice. A very relaxing place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. A car is a must to reach the house, you wouldn’t want to walk up the hills with luggage. Pasquale was always responsive and made for a great host. We will definitely return if we’re in the area

My wife and I have stayed at quite a few AirBnB's, but this was by far the very BEST experience we have ever had. The place was wonderfully well thought out with care and attention to detail. Alessio and his family greeted us warmly and showed us our apartment. The family lives in the attached house, but our area was very nice and private. The garden views of the mountains are stunning and beautiful! The pool was immaculately maintained and was very refreshing after a long day in Pompeii. Alessio also provided breakfast baked goods and was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. He and his family were a huge blessing to us and the place gave us some much needed refreshment away from the hustle and bustle. The country setting was perfect! Thank you so much Alessio and your family for your generous hospitality! The kittens on the premises were an added bonus and enhanced our experience on the property.

The apartment is 20 minutes from the railway. There is a public transport stop nearby. The place is as described and photographed, Luca was always available. But separately, I want to note that there is a tire fitting through the wall from the apartment. They started work at 7am: loud noises, slamming doors. I couldn't get enough sleep.

I stayed in Carmen's house for a week during New Year's Eve. The house was located in a quiet area and at the same time convenient to reach the main tourist areas allowing you to take a nice walk. The house was clean and we were offered two sets of towels and sheets as we would have been there for more than a week which was highly appreciated. In addition, the house offered a washing machine, a coffee maker, and all the cooking utensils at home if you wanted to. Since we had the plane in the late afternoon, Carmen was kind enough to allow us to check in in the afternoon and in general was always available and super responsive via messages. Surely if we go back to Naples, we'll come back here.

Cinzia knows how to do it! Communication with her is excellent, the house is very clean, clean sheets, there are towels and soap for the shower, and breakfast. For me it was a positive experience from every point of view. I recommend it!

The apartment is much better than what appears in the photos. It's cozy and nicely decorated. It has all the essential amenities that an apartment should have. While the neighborhood where the apartment is located might not seem so clean, the apartment is excellent. It is a 25-minute walk from the Napoli Centrale train station. Francesca is very friendly and quick to respond. For a family of 5, ideal, even for two couples, as the rooms are separate. The cabin has a nest bed, which is very comfortable. It has implements that make the stay in the apartment very comfortable, which reflects the concern you have with travelers. I recommend it.

I took advantage of two apartments of Caterina, which are in a quiet area, controlled by a guard, near the metro station and equipped with a very comfortable parking lot. What more could you want?

Carlo's place is a really lovely spot to stay in Napoli! The apartment is very clean and close to the city center. Besides, the bed is super comfy! Giuseppe, who took care of our check-in, was really nice and super helpful. Thanks for everything! Would choose to stay at Carlo's place the next time visiting Naples :))

The strong point is definitely the owners: friendly and welcoming, they also offer homemade sweets upon arrival, a much appreciated gesture. The kitchen is very well stocked, with all kinds of condiments and snacks available, a very rare attention. The bathroom is equally impeccable, with lots of body care products, perfect for feeling at home. Parking in the garden was very convenient, especially for those traveling by car. The vintage decor gave a touch of charm and warmth to the setting, making the stay even more distinctive. The host was also very understanding when a lamp was accidentally broken.

We spent a night in this wonderful apartment surrounded by greenery on a small farm with very nice animals... beautiful experience! everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail and Ilaria was a very kind host 24h regenerating, super recommended! we will definitely be back:)

The house is very pleasant, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Great, comfy bedside and sofa! The city centre is accessibile by foot in 15 minutes and the metro stop Cavour is only 5-10 minutes away. Small supermarket just downstairs is very convenient. Angelina and Ivan are very helpful and responded promptly and helpfully to queries. Great to have the option to be taken to the airport as well! We had great stay (all four of us!) and we'd recommend this accommodation . Thank you!

We came to town to eat at Pepe in Grani - this gave us a place to stay that was just a short walk away. Please give yourself time to have a cocktail on the side street before you head to dinner! The place was super clean and charming!
