House vacation rentals in Santa Maria Capua Vetere

This villa was so beautiful!!! Amazing scenery especially the backyard it is a gorgeous setting for hosting or spending plenty of time outdoors taking in the views. The home itself is very beautiful and spacious. It is a bit tricky to find if you don’t have the exact coordinates so definitely plan in advance to get those directions from the host to make it easier to find but they were very helpful and met us to help guide us to the home. The home itself was very cozy and just like the photos, we were about unimpressed with the restaurant quality in town but if you hit the local grocery store and stock up you can easily prepare a good meal at the home. Wish we stayed longer to soak in the views from this lovely home!

The place is simply wonderful, very comfortable really and with a dream environment. The hosts are one more kind than the other, all cousins as they told us, always attentive and ready to solve any questions, in these 6 days we were staying we had a great time, although at this time of year time does not accompany us. In principle, highly recommended, do not stop visiting and recommend this excellent property, happiness and successes with this wonderful venture, next time we will stay longer as it is well worth it.

We spent 2 weeks at Janus Casa nel Verde and felt very comfortable there. The house is very tastefully decorated, very well equipped and there was everything you need for a stay. The house is very quiet with a beautiful view of the countryside and mountains. We especially loved the large, clean pool with the outdoor shower. The wifi and air conditioning worked properly. You can feel that Raffaele, Floriana and Alessandro have put a lot of love into their villa and want to give their guests a nice and pleasant stay. For questions, they were always available immediately. We thank you for everything and wish you all the best!

This was a lovely stay in a beautiful area. Our kids loved the pool & surroundings of the villa. Camilla is a very kind & responsive host. The location is beautiful & quiet, but can be a bit secluded. I highly recommend this for families with kids.

Carolina is a welcoming and considerate person. She thinks about the practical details that make it easier for her hosts to be set up upon check-in. Her apartment is nice and fresh after spending a day visiting Naples or the surrounding area. A car is required to get there, but the metro station is a 15 minute drive and you can easily park nearby. The terrace of the accommodation is very nice to have meals. An address to remember! Thanks to Carolina for hosting us!

Totally recommend, not only easy access from the station but the super kindness of the host. The place was very comfortable and worth time staying indoors.

Salvatore’s place is beautifully renovated. Handy to public transport, metro/bus 50 meters away. Great supermarket round the corner. Well supplied with delicious coffee and soft drinks. Would be fit from a microvawe and proper cutlery/plates/mugs. Can recommend and would gladly stay again. Expect street parking. For us it worked very well and car was safe.

We stayed in this fantastic vacation home in early November in wonderful weather. The house from 1826 has been designed with a lot of expertise and reference to the tradition of the region, both outdoors and indoors. It is located above the wine and olive tree plantations on the slope. The mountains and the valley between these, but also the sky in the morning and in the evening form a magnificent natural setting. We felt very comfortable and thank Teresa for the friendly reception.

Patrizia is a super kind person and has very spacious apartments. It is good place to come with the kids as well, the apartment is situated in central area

Great experience, Simona is very kind, she waited until late for check-in due to a flight delay, and made herself available for anything I needed. Very clean house and in a good location for restaurants, pizzerias and everythingelse. I will definitely be back.

Ciro was an amazing host. We stayed for a week. He came to meet us and helped us with restaurant reservations and even brought us water and cakes! The house was clean and modern. Peaceful and quiet. Added benefit of a drier, which in Italy, is hard to find and a great bonus. We would highly recommend this Airbnb. We will be back. Thank you

Great stay in Quarto, quiet and private. Our host was always available for questions and very welcoming. She even left us a little welcome present. The place was very clean and provided snacks for breakfast and coffee. Also right below was a coffee bar and pastry shop. Not far from Naples if you want to visit the city and close to the train station. Would definitely stay here again!! A++++

Experience to repeat!! Very, very spacious and comfortable accommodation, the house is equipped with everything you need, nothing is missing. You can easily reach public services to get to Naples , although the owners provide a transport service with a car of up to six places , (fair shopping, better than a taxi ) so you do not need to call a public taxi. My stay , in five people , was pleasant , the welcome of the owners was exquisite and very collaborative in all respects . Experience to repeat for us who go down to Naples very often and for periods of at least 5 days. Very close to the accommodation, a good supermarket and also a well-stocked fruit counter. When traveling out of necessity, especially in the south, what makes a difference is people's hearts. With her kindness, Elena has compensated for many disruptions of means and public administrations, helping me and welcoming me. He is a nice person and only this is worth the stay.

I was worried when I first got to the place that it might be too far from anything but I found out by clear communication from our host that everything was within walking distance as well as the bus stops right below his house. We were able to get around very well. Bus tickets can be bought at the tobacco store within a block of his place and it is very reasonable. Cannot say enough about Cairo’s instructions and help. He is a great host.
