Peaceful stay without inconvenience. Building very well located and with many attractions in the region. Host is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions or demands. The only suggestion for this apartment is the installation of an Air Conditioning. Thanks for the hosting.

Casa Gostosinha. Tranquila. All clean, excellent bed. Matchão tb. We just went to sleep and we managed to get a lot of rest. Daiane very friendly and requests.

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

Jaque is a 10 person, received us to hand over the key, went with us to the property, an amazing and attentive person! We really liked her person, every day she sent msg to see if everything was ok and if we were in need of anything. Her space is perfect. Super recommend, we didn't have any problems. Beautiful, cozy and very well located.

It's according to the announcement, it's even more beautiful in person, with the wonderful view! The house is cozy, the pool area next to the spa, all wonderful! Denise was a excellent host. Its space is very well located, close to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and Shopping Patio Savassi.
