Gonzalo met us when we arrived and went thru the apartment with us. He made some good suggestions about where to eat. The unit was very clean. It was a little small, as in the photos, but for our purposes was great. The two of us did not feel cramped. The bed was very comfortable. the location is walkable to many restaurants and supermarkets and the subway line is nearby. The views are wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Got upstairs for sunset. The sky is beautiful! I would recommend staying in Gonzalo's unit and would love to return!

They are not flexible with entry times, but they responded very quickly and very attentively. The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people, the building is very complete and is very close to important shopping centers. We were very satisfied.

Excellent stay. The host is very concerned. It has the house fully equipped and the air conditioners in the parts in the summer is very appreciated. The quiet environment and the cozy garden to spend the afternoon . The house is very safe and with all its clear instructions. Very grateful to Jorge. Highly recommended, it is worth the price if they come in a group.

The experience of renting the house was very good, the house is bright, comfortable and has everything you need for your habitability. One of the favorable features that I highlight is that the bedroom area is separated from the meeting area and the kitchen by a door , which allows rest. The kitchen is new , full of places of storage and comfortable in its distribution, we could be several cooks and assistants in it. It has all the users .The bathroom , impeccable and with all the elements. It has air conditioning in all environments which makes it very comfortable. It has cute and varied lamps , which allows to generate pleasant environments. The situation of the house on an internal street with a grille, gives it greater security. The area is safe, it has supermecado , mall, pharmacy and cafe nearby. Very compliant

The house met all our expectations, it is second time that we stayed, and we will definitely come back for a third time if possible, everything is very clean and tidy, the pool is large and green areas very well cared for.

We had a lovely stay at Nelly's place. Comfortable bed and pillows, beautiful bathroom, very nice amenities. Good to know that there are lots of stairs and steps - for us, it was great to keep us moving! The neighbourhood is family-oriented and quiet. Short walk to cafes and restaurants. We would return if back to Chile in the future.

First of all, the autonomy system to enter is perfect. The location of the house is perfect for going to a concert or activity near La Florida's Bicentenario Stadium. Aseo and pristine facilities! Finally, very good communication and disposition of Cristian.

The apartment is exactly as described, very neat, clean, well equipped and comfortable! As for the location, I read many people on the internet saying that the center was a dangerous place, but we did not feel threatened at any time. The street of the building was very quiet. The apto is very close to the sights of the center and close to restaurants serving the “menu del dia”. Sebastian has proved to be a very attentive and friendly host, every time we send him messages, he responded with solutions! I recommend this home!!!

The apartment is as shown in the photographs is very spacious and comfortable in addition to having several extra things to make the stay more pleasant and not worry about anything, also add that you have a supermarket and served downtown two blocks away and minutes from the metro Parque O'higgins that was a great help.

Great place, great host

The location is good, there are parks and shopping malls, the view of the balcony city is great, and it is not too noisy at night. It is a place to choose again when you come to San Diego.
