The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. We stayed with 6 people in the beautiful house of Paolo. It has ample space for everyone. The garden is spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen is missing a few small things. The contact was always very friendly, our requests and small concerns were always fulfilled quickly. We booked the first time through Abnb. Thank you so much for the wonderful time

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

We had the best time here - Maurilio was so accommodating + friendly. He gave us great recommendations. About a 20minute walk to mondello beach, and about 20minutes in a taxi to Palermo centre - really easy to navigate. Villa was gorgeous - outdoor area was amazing with big pool, outdoor kitchen + dining area. Comfy beds, great shower! would recommend the villa to anyone. Thank you so much Maurilio!!

Very nice stay! Supermarket and busstop nearby. Michele was very friendly and easy to communicate! We recommend the accomodation!

We were very happy with the place. Plenty of space, nice location and very clean. Communication worked great. Without a car, it's a bit difficult to reach. Arriving at the accommodation, we had fresh bread, eggs, jam, a few other small things and of course Italian lemons on the table. Thanks for that We recommend it and would book again

Beautiful place to stay in a tranquil location with lovely scenery. Nicely decorated, kitchen was well equipped with oven, microwave grill, hob, fridge freezer and lots of pots and pans, plus basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, garlic etc). Bathroom was really nicely done, plenty of space, with toilet, jacuzzi bath, shower and bidet. Lots of candles, artwork and ornaments helped to give the place a homely feel. The pool area was fantastic with lots of different seating areas, a wonderful pool and some shade. The only downsides to the whole place were the bed which was uncomfortable, and the shower - it did not maintain a consistent temperature, going from cold to very hot, then back to cold, so a comfortable shower was not possible, we had to constantly change the temperature and from one shower head to another. Valentina was very welcoming, with a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us on arrival. She was easily contactable and responded quickly to any messages.

Very very nice and individually furnished tasteful apartment, very very charming terrace overlooking the fruit garden and over the whole bay, we got a bottle of red wine to welcome us and were allowed to use oranges, lemons from the garden that were really delicious!! In Santa Flavia, which is also within walking distance, there are small original grocery stores and everything you need. There is also a train connection to Palermo during the day. Filippo picked us up in the village and dropped us off at the property. Very friendly, many helpful tips about Palermo and surroundings, he also sent us further information via WA on our demand for a good term. -- Highly recommended accommodation! We felt very comfortable!

Marinas home was just stunning. In the heart of the city and walking distance from all the heritage buildings. Plus the home appliances made a job more easier. In addition she kept a lot of things like pasta, bread, oils, butter, Nutella, everything was so useful for us. It felt like home away from home. We stayed here for three nights and I would recommend everyone who is coming to Palermo to stay at her place as it’s very close to all the sites and is a beautiful cute little home.

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

We had a lovely stay at Marilena and Francesco's and we recommend it without a second thought. They were very discreet while remaining available if we needed them and flexible on our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find everything you need there. Walking distance to the beach in 10-15 min. We didn't know exactly where we were going, but we were very pleasantly surprised by Mondello which is close to Palermo and much quieter. Note that there are a few dogs in the area. Recommended!

STEFANO's place was so wonderful and the access to the private docks with lifeguards was amazing (and the Mediterranean water was divine). STEFANO was very helpful and kind and I highly recommend his place if you want to have a quiet and private retreat 10 mins from the airport and 20 minutes from Palermo.

The stay with Dario, was our last apartment in Sicily. The location is perfect to visit Palermo, Monreale and Mondello beach. The apartment is new and wonderfully large. There were two of us, but there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so very suitable for four people. In addition to the apartment being beautiful, the most important thing to say is: the tremendous hospitality of Dario and his wife. Upon arrival, there were brioche ready for us, halfway through we got a nice wine from the region and at our farewell delicious sandwiches for breakfast….. and it's not even about what we got, it's much more about the kindness and the willingness to help, give tips and advice. Dario was WONDERFUL and felt familiar like we were friends. I can write much more beautiful and good, e.g. about how neat and clean and new it was... but I would say: experience it for yourself. If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

Very nice apartment in the basement of a house in the heart of a beautiful neighborhood and close to the beach. Very well equipped, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay (equipment and beach games for children, very well-equipped kitchen, outdoor terrace). All rooms are large, functional, comfortable and well decorated.

The house is extremely pretty and well decorated, in a very quiet area where the streets smell of jasmine and oranges. Less than 15 minutes' walk to the beach. we felt right at home! Thanks also for the kindness of our hosts and their responsiveness.

Beautiful hosts who were so helpful. The villa was beautiful and felt so authentically Sicilian. Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Decorated beautifully with gorgeous art everywhere.

We were welcomed by Tiziana who, with great kindness and friendliness, showed us the apartment and gave us many very useful directions. The place was really clean, tidy and equipped with everything. We highly recommend this accommodation, which is in a non-central area, but strategic for visiting the local beauties.

Such a wonderful stay in Santa Flavia! The perfect place to be if you want to not only relax, but also visiting places along the coast like Cefalu and Palermo. The creek behind the accommodation splendid. So much seafood in the area, and a fantastic restaurant only 5 minutes from the accommodation. Filippa, a lovely, generous lady who hosted the accommodation, was both very informative and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Filippa!

I begin by thanking Salvatore, his cordiality, kindness and timeliness with which he responded to our questions for culinary suggestions and more! We will definitely be coming back!!! We had a rental car that allowed us to move freely and always find our parking space in front of the accommodation! The large shower is comfortable and also the mattress of our bed is very comfortable, everything you need is there, we even found shampoo, body wash and many scented towels Thank you for everything and we hope to be able to return soon, Sicily is fantastic!!!
