Although we had initial hiccups for the check in, Peter, Silvia’s co-host was prompt to arrange another property to stay over along with booking a cab for us. He also offered to choose between the two locations. We decided to move to the original booked apartment as it was more closer to the centro. His niece helped us move the luggage to the apartment. Peter was very responsive to all the question’s. The only issue I experienced was with the hot water in the shower and locating the plates and pots in the kitchen. Overall the stay was very good :)

Very nice apartment in quiet location but yet, close to many places. Everything was very clean and organized. Maribel was a wonderful hostess and responsive. She provided a lot of recommendations for transportation and directions to town. One additional plus: the showers were great! Very recommended when visiting Sevilla.

Amazing experience! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The accommodation is very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Also, everything was immaculately clean, which is very much appreciated. It certainly exceeded my expectations! I would recommend it without hesitation.

Fantastic stay, Virginie did everything to make us at home with lots of recommendations and meeting us there to make sure we knew how everything worked. Loved the flat, the area and the city.

Beautiful space with lovely, kind hosts. It’s a very unique studio with a cozy bed, spacious living area and a very nice patio. Highly recommend when visiting Seville. Great location too.

Just like the photos, it’s rare to find a place that looks just like the photos published. It was such a lovely stay . Kitchen was well equipped wz all that you need to prepare a meal .The washing machine had a drier no worrying about hanging washed clothes outside to dry .It was spotlessly clean . The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Please read instructions carefully especially if you haven’t used a virtual key . I didn’t do my homework 🫣.One needs to download Akiles which uses Bluetooth , no worrying about not having WIFi on the go. I Struggled a little before I got used to the process . As I didn’t have a roaming WiFi a Spanish couple upstairs room 8 helped me on their way out when they noticed I was stranded . God bless them abundantly otherwise I would have had to go to a cafe with my luggage to get WiFi . Then I had to constantly worry if my phone had enough charge to get me into the apartment haha . thankfully, Jessica rescued me out and guided me through the proce

You will fall in love with this apartment!! The roof terrace is just as wonderful as it looks in the pictures and it was nice to spend time there even in December. The location is great and it feels safe. The bed is big and comfortable, so great sleep is guaranteed. Beautiful and stylish interior that makes the place feel like home. It's very clean and tidy and the apartment has everything you need. The host was super friendly and helpful and gave me excellent tips for restaurants, etc. I'm also really grateful for the early check-in option. Thank you!

The house is in a great location, central but not noisy, near the Triana Bridge. It has been recently renovated and equipped with all the comforts of home. Being on the ground floor it is not very bright, but being around all day it was not a problem. We found it extremely clean. Manuel was a great host, always very kind, immediately responsive to every request. Highly recommended!

Very good accommodation in the heart of Seville. Perfect when we are on foot or by transport, for the car you will have to park it in paid parking or a 20mn walk for free. Well equipped kitchen, clean, pleasant and quiet accommodation. Communication ok via messages.

Lovely place just on the border of Sevilla’s old town. Had everything you could need and was comfortable and quiet. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores quickly and reach the larger attractions (Cathedral, Plaza de España) within 30/40 min. We felt really comfortable here. The house is right in the city center, everything you need is within walking distance and offers a lot to discover. The house is perfect for three people with the beautiful and clean 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The check-in and check-out were just wonderfully easy and was independently possible. Any questions were answered promptly satisfactorily. The house itself has a beautiful unique architecture. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room to linger in. The roof terrace absolutely invites you to relax and offers a really nice extra with the hot tub. I don't know what else you want to expect for the price. A washing machine is also available. I highly recommend this place, cleaning supplies and water treatment for jacuzzi are sufficient for those who are still nagging at the price;)

Gorgeous place! Walking distance to everything and has a gorgeous and HOT Jacuzzi unlike most in Europe! Coming from Canada this was a pleasant surprise. Would 1000% go back, and would recommend to everyone.

The apartment was in a great location and very central and the terraces were lovely for breakfast and drinks. Would definitely recommend and would book again if we came back to Seville in the future.

I stayed 10 days in Marco’s place and it was incredible. It’s more spacious than the pictures show, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the bathtub was as amazing as it looks. The windows open and you can let in fresh air. It’s in a nice area and close to nearby cafes. I worked from there and occasionally the WiFi strength would fluctuate, but overall totally fine! Highly recommend Marco’s place!

Sofia is very quick in responding to our messages. Gave clear instruction for every question I had. Recommended good restaurants around the apartment and we have tried two of them and both were excellent. We had a 6 hour flight delay to reach Sevilla but she made sure we check-in without any hassle by putting the key in the Flamenco locker store which is a 1 minute walk from the building. We used this locker store on the final day after check-out to store our big luggage for few hours. Very helpful if you have some time on the last day between your check-out and your outbound flight. Apartment is very clean and has all the things you need for a family with kids. We had a good time in the hot tub which works quite well.

The host is well organised, very friendly and super helpful. They took good care of us and ensure we are fine during the stays. The apartment is huge and comfortable. Well located in the city centre - most of the tourist spots are within walking distance. Many nice restaurants nearby as well. We enjoyed the stay overall and won't be hesitate to staying here when we visit Sevilla again!
