great place to travel with your whole family. The big rooms and the beds are very comfortable. Enough bathrooms for everyone! the only problem, I would have preferred to have a dining table.

The house is located in a very safe condominium, close to Lima, in perfect condition, it is spacious, comfortable, illuminated, modern. We liked the house very much and in particular Beatriz's permanent attention if you have any questions. We hope to be back soon!

Everything was excellent! The place met all our expectations: clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Also, Anyela was always attentive and available for any enquiry. It made us feel very welcome and gave us great recommendations from the area. We would definitely stay here again again.

Rolando was very attentive to our group. The house is inside a condo so we had some problems with goal but he was able to solve them. I recommend sending the guest list at least 24 hours in advance.

Super recommended! Giorgio and his dad were very friendly at all times. The casita is very cozy and is ideal for taking your pets.

I stayed here for a month. It was super comfortable in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Really loved that it had a washer and dryer in the building. There is a SmartFit gym right at the corner if you are a gym goer. There’s also a Wong’s supermarket nearby for everything you need. On the same street as Wong’s are many restaurants. If you’re staying in Lima, particularly San Isidro, this AirBnb is great value! I would stay here again.

I’m extremely grateful with the beautiful space that Diane shares with us. She was kind and heartwarming, making me feel like home through every step of the way. The place has all the amenities you would want in your vacation in Lima. The loft is right in the heart of Barranco which made my discovering of the city flexible. Nice and cheap restaurants are all over the place. I had a great experience in the rooftop pool, giving me a glance of the immense city of Lima. Overall a 10/10 experience. Nice condo! Clean, full of amenities…. Building is very secure full of helpful neighbors…. The construction next door didnt pose much of a disturbance at all. The host has much pride in his place and i loved it…

Everything was close to the beautiful view and to see the mist in the morning and afternoon a beautiful therapy

The place exceeded our expectations. Great view of Parque del amor and Martin set up a driver to puck us up from the airport. Always replied to our messages within 15 minutes and happy to help with our inquiries. If you are staying in Lima you need to stay here. Thanks Martin.

Viviana place is a great stay in Lima. Top floor protects from the street noise and provides a great city view. Very close to Miraflores area with lots of bars and restaurants. Recommended

It is definitely the perfect place to stay for vacation, the apartment is the same or better than in the photos. It is an apartment with a lot of security and the people at the reception are super friendly, it has very good, central location to good restaurants and places to visit. Communication with the hostess was very quick and attentive to any questions we had. We hope to return very soon.

it's our first trip come to Lima and Peru, non Spanish speakers, Julio's home is way better than the description on airbnb, best location, roomy, well equipped, water filter installed, the best restaurants around, percific ocean view, easy to go anywhere by public transportation and taxi, beyond above, Julio is sooooooooo helpful and responsive to all our questions, arranged taxi picking up and driving to airport by great driver Carlos which making us feel so relaxed as the flights in and out are very late, the best host ever have, we are very frequent international travelers for years but this airbnb and host are the best. we will recommend to our friends definitely. Once again stay in Laura’s place was amazing, this time was for a short time but I enjoyed every single moment in this lovely place. Although Miraflores is considered a central place, the location of the apartment is still close to that neighborhood feeling that I missed so much about Lima, its small shops, its fresh fruit and vegetable stalls that remind me of the taste of my childhood. I’ll be back for sure.

I had a great stay in this penthouse. Communication was great. Location was great. The space is open and has amazing views all around. I loved that the entire floor coming out of the elevator is yours. The apartment has everything you need to stay for a longer period if needed. I would 100 percent recommend and will return.

Ramon was an excellent host! The condo was an incredible value. Came for a surf competition and it was the perfect location near the surf break!
