Spacious and clean apartment, very comfortable to walk to the center of Otranto and the sea. Air conditioning in all rooms, equipped kitchen and nice balcony. Free parking is not easy to find because no one moved the car under the house and Otranto is super frequented in August: I recommend leaving it further away and getting around on foot or with a scooter.

Great welcome, we were waiting for Marilina to park our machine on arrival. Marilina showed us the apartment and gave a very useful recommendation of rice and coffee. The apartment is tastefully furnished and very comfortable, it is a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Lecce. A very pleasant stay. We recommend with your eyes closed

A beautiful rooftop apartment with lots of space. What makes the place is the rooftop patio where we enjoyed breakfast outside every day. Also enjoyed a night of watching both the stars and a storm over the horizon - what a show ! The apartment is right on the Main Street .step out into all the action . Turn left and restaurants shops and bars are there for you . Turn right and 50 m away is the beach - and fyi the beach is a nice sand one. umbrellas for the beach supplied - a nice touch . Access to the apartment is by foot . At first it seemed daunting however in fact it was a 5 min walk from where Paulo had arranged a parking spot for us. Paulo and Stefano were there for us as we found our way to both parking and then the apartment. Paulo is a personal assistant by profession - she was our personal assistant during our stay making dinner rez when places were full ! Great bonus . There’s a roof top bar with music to midnight - good tunes so we enjoyed . Small kids might not enjoy

Everything worked out great and we liked it. Due to the very fast and friendly communication before the stay, we were well prepared. Before arrival, a colleague then contacted us and we were received on site. Everything worked out great, we were shown the apartment and received more tips for the stay. For questions that arose during the time, we received an answer very quickly and Guiseppe was an excellent and super friendly contact person. Parking on site is not easy, but there is a large parking lot 2 minutes from the apartment that we used. Alternatively, you can also book an underground parking space via Fiorenza. The apartment itself is not huge, but very new and well maintained with a large bathroom and small balcony from which you can see the sea. Ideally located on the promenade, you have everything – shops, restaurants, beaches – outside the door.

the accommodation is very well located, very close to the historic center. The rooms are spacious. the kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster and coffee machine,which is quite rare in many other homes. i recommend to people who want to enjoy the city on foot.

Very cozy accommodation and well equipped. Antonella was a perfect host, always available and helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed and helped arrange the transfer and rental car, super smooth!Close to the ocean and a short walk to the beach. Close to some restaurants and shops, however most things are closed this time of year, so good by car. Great with double internet connections, which we used when we worked from the property, which worked well. There were tables to sit at on both floors. Good to keep in mind is that the property is divided into two floors, which you only get between on the outside of the house. Pågick some renovations in the area, as well as very many barking dogs both day and night, so sometimes disturbing noise, in an otherwise very peaceful area. We highly recommend the place and host!

Maria's apartment was perfect for a week in Lecce. It's handy to the historic centre and all the places that make Lecce special. It was great to have so much space, after staying in much smaller places. And Maria welcomed us with local cakes - so delicious! Excellent shower, comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen.

the place was very close to downtown we often walked around enjoying the surroundings and the walk. santa maria di Leuca is a wonderful town. We recommend it to those who want to visit Salento both on the Adriatic and Ionian coast. We will definitely be back! the house was perfect for our needs

Very nice and well maintained Airbnb that was spotlessly clean. The apartment is very spacious and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with Valentina was uncomplicated and pleasant at all times – she is extremely friendly and warm! We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

An ancient farmhouse perfectly restored in the countryside between Otranto and Santa Cesarea, one of the most beautiful stretches of the Salento Adriatic coast. Perfect accommodation, comfortable and equipped with all comforts. A bedroom with a large vaulted ceiling and attention to detail from every corner. We stayed for New Year's Eve and everything was perfect, from the afternoon we arrived at the departure the next day, thanks to a beautiful weather. Of note is the beautiful outdoor space to use for multi-day accommodations and the host, Germana, always very kind and helpful.

The perfect apartment for 2 couples. Plenty of space, very clean, comfortable with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The location is fantastic - close to the centre, and many restaurants. There is also supermarkets close by if you want to cook at home. We cooked on the BBQ!! The best stay of our 10 day trip in Puglia. Highly recommended.

This place was exactly what we needed; easy to visit the historic center of Lecce, and easy to visit other parts of Salento, and parking right in front of the door. The house was spacious and clean, and Gianni was very helpful, kind, and responsive. We really appreciated the breakfast items and the pasticciotto! There is not much going on in the neighbourhood, but our children were happy enough with a playground at about 10 min walk.

We absolutely loved this apartment! Very spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. We chose this place because of walkability to old town (about 30 min walk) and easy access parking, but fell in love with the apartment. Beautiful views from the balcony! We were also very thankful for the snacks available when we arrived. We will definitely be back. Thank you Domenico!

great location, short walk to beach and town but away from the chaos of the town. availability of on site car parking (additionally paid) was incredibly helpful.

A large comfy apartment. The hottub was greatly appreciated and the location inside the old city was perfect.

The accommodation was very good and as advertised. The big plus point is the pool, it is beautiful with beautiful sea views.

Five stars is not high enough for this amazing apartment in a historic palace in the Centro Storico of Lecce. Location, location, location! While on a quiet and private street, this apartment is close to everything! Not only that, but the artwork within and around the apartment is fantastic, and we really connected emotionally to some of the pieces. If that wasn’t enough, Luigia could not have been more helpful. She stocked the kitchen and refrigerator with breakfast items and snacks, provided extremely clear directions on how to find her and waited for us on the street to greet us, gave us recommendations for restaurants and cafe’s that were terrific, and introduced us to her wonderful cats while showing us around the terrace. She is so warm and friendly that we feel like we’ve made a new friend. I don’t think we can come back to Lecce soon enough. Hope to see you again soon Luigia!

Tres beau gîte au calme. Very nice pool and very nice setting. However, we had underestimated your travel time to discover the region. You will need to take the car and drive at least 20 minutes to get to the sights.
