Great apartment, two large bedrooms with large beds. The balcony opens on three sides, access to the balcony from all rooms and the kitchen. It 's clean and there 's everything you need . The sea is 200 m away, a great beach. Restaurants on the shore. Everything is great! I recommend it!

Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Sahs’ place in Pizzo. The appartment is in the upper part of the town. The highlight is its big terrace with amazing views of the sea, including the sunset every evening. It was big enough for a family with two kids. All the furniture seemed pretty new and good quality. Communication was always easy and we had no problem when we asked for an early check in and late check out. They even organised the taxi to pick us up at the Pizzo station. We didn’t have a car but didn’t have any issues in walking to the Center and shops (10-15 mins) or to the beach (20 mins), be prepared for the slopes, but it was a good exercise to walk back every day. The apartment also has access to a shared pool, which kids enjoyed a lot. Finally we had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome gift. We recommend this appartment.

Thank you Mattia for hosting us! The flat was as expected, very lose to the beach, and there's a nearby market as well as restaurant. Would recommend staying there for a short visit, as it can feel a bit small if you're staying for an extended period, but overall no complaints :D

Massimo’s place is beach front and a great place for families. The supermarket is walkable and there are lots of restaurants around the area and surrounding suburbs. The house was clean and has all amenities listed. Thank you Max.

Great place, great hostess, nice location, nice and clean house, beautiful complex with pool. We immediately felt at home. The communication with Nicole and Pascal was very good and we immediately got help and tips with questions. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The complex is a dream, we can really highly recommend it! Thank you for everything and we'd love to come back!

We had a great girls weekend and were able to enjoy the time to the fullest. We were picked up from the airport and also had a small rental car to do smaller errands on site. The view and the pool with pool house is just perfect. If you want a lot of shade, however, you should equip yourself well, as you will not find shade directly by the pool.

The house, located on the first floor compared to the owners' residence, is equipped with everything you need in large spaces. Clean, organized, and well-equipped. Just a 3-minute drive away is sandy beaches, rocks, or stones with a wonderful sea.

After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

We felt like we were in our home away from home at Daria’s apartment. Even before we arrived, Daria was attentive to assist us with reserving an umbrella at the beach and offering guidance for a car rental. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome and she tended to every detail! The apartment is equipped with everything you can need and more! This was a tremendous comfort coming from overseas and not being able to carry with us many items that help you feel comfortable and settled at home, especially when you first arrive and don’t have time to get to the store! The apartment was nicely decorated, modern, clean, and spacious. Multiple terraces and views of the sea! The location is at a less bustling spot of the lungomare but you do not feel like you miss any conveniences or amenities! Beach and pizzeria are right there and more developed beach spots are a few steps further down the way. We would gladly rent this apartment again and appreciate the special touch this host provides.

we stayed in this apartment for 5 days and we had a great time. The apartment for two people is more than suitable since it was presented with excellent cleanliness, space management and private parking. The entire structure is located in a convenient location in the center of the village with the sea, all the various rooms and services such as convenience stores and pharmacies which can be reached in just a few minutes by car and on foot with a maximum of 5-10 minutes of walking. The only thing we found to face with a little difficulty was the amenities of the apartment since we had only been provided with a roll of toilet paper in 5 days and no detergent to be able to do the washing machines. For the rest, it was definitely an excellent experience and we thank again Elena, who was as helpful as possible!

I had a great and unforgettable stay with my two daughters . The accommodation had everything it needed but above all the residence has a private beach which is just magical a little piece of paradise . You have to cross a very nice little forest to get there. The pool is very clean and spacious . Thank you, we will keep a great memory of this place . ♥️♥️♥️
