I could not love this place anymore if I tried!! I’ve been traveling for six days all over island, and Nelsan's House is my favorite stay by far! It’s a hidden oasis in the middle of Utuado hills. The wooden house as well as surrounding's are so peaceful and beautiful. The owner, Nelsan, explained the long and fascinating history of the buildings to me, which only made me love it more. It is beautiful, quaint, and exactly what I was looking. My only regret is that I didn’t have more time to simply lounge around and enjoy the lovey place. But the best thing about this place is the unmatched hospitality and kindness of the family that owns and runs it. In all of my travels, I don’t think I’ve ever felt more welcomed, taken care of, and appreciated than by Nelsan and his wife. Such big-hearted, caring, and friendly people. I feel grateful to have found this place and got to stay here for only a day. The next time I return to Utuado, I will most certainly be staying here again.

This is an absolute once in a lifetime experience. I wouldn’t change a thing, the house is immaculate and designed perfectly. The hosts are exceptional and have made a great Airbnb out of the home. Hope to return again someday.

The house was amazing! It was exactly what we needed to unwind and be close to a family gathering we had. Everything was exactly as shown on photos, and the place was spotless. Host was always available, and instructions were very clear. We will definitely try to book again!

Peaceful getaway in Rincón. 10 minutes away from downtown. GPS can be very tricky getting there. Everything you need and more. We enjoy the boards games, Netflix, and the pool. Lovely place!

It's a beautiful huge house, perfect for a big family. Love that it had a pool and bekery nearby, beaches close by, kiosk all over, hospitals close, really anything you could think of is near. Definitely recommending this to my family and friends.

Great family and pet place, our grandson enjoyed the farms animals nearby. The house was fully equiped, it was close to all interest places like Boqueron, Combat, la Parguera, etc. We would consider it again when we return to Cabo Rojo.

This was one of the nicest airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The location was amazing right across the street from Sandy Beach and next door to Kahuna Bar and Grill. I would recommend anyone coming to this area to stay here. Travis and Asia were incredible hosts and extremely responsive. I would definitely come back.
