Vacation rentals with a pool in Santa Ana

This was indeed the best place to be. It felt truly like a home where we can rest, especially when my friends and I spent most our days outside during our stay in Manila. 1. The location An ideal place to stay if you’re a tourist, for you can go to MOA and IKEA on a walking distance, and other tourist spots are also nearby. 2. Very Clean Another reason why my friends and I immediately loved the unit is because of how clean and tidy the place is. 3. Budget-friendly For its location, it’s worth the price! Everything you need is also provided (ex. dryer, hangers, smart TV, kitchen tools, etc.) 4. Accommodating host The host was kind enough to accept our requests and made sure that she is available anytime if ever we encountered problems sa unit (thankfully, wala naman :) ) The house rules were provided promptly.

Great place, good to stay and even better to host a small gathering or party. Great value! The swimming pool was amazing also, water managed to stay warm even at night. Plenty of activities included including video games, karaoke, and board games. Would recommend this spot!

Beyond its aesthetics, it truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a huge plus, conveniently situated within the metro. Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. The host was very responsive and made sure they had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting USEM!

Aa lot of places are well within walking distance and still offers a quiet neighbourhood

Tom and his staff were amazing! Prior to my arrival, I was asked what time I will be checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stefanny, Mark, and Emily. Stefanny gave me a tour of the entire home and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was clean and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. During my stay, Mark was always available if I needed help with anything such as setting up the karaoke, turning on the jets in the pool, etc… There was plenty of room for my family of 12 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tom and his staff made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a great time and I definitely would stay at Tom’s home again.

They are very easy to communicate with. The view from the balcony is superb, especially at sunset. They went above and beyond in accommodating my requests. Thank you, Sir Dave and Ms. Melody. I will definitely recommend your home and book again.

This was truly the best vacation we’ve ever had, and staying at this condo made all the difference! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The unit is absolutely impeccable—spotlessly clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.
