New apartment near Sagrada Familia

HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. This well-lit and comfortable apartment has been decorated to offer you a cozy and pleasant stay near Sagrada Familia. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a sunny terrace. Free WiFi Internet and international satellite TV. We are sorry but we are not allowed to host groups of people younger than 35 due to an agreement we have with the community of neighbors. Families with children are welcome. Our reception at the ground floor is open from 9h to 18h every day.

Poblenou is one of the best places to stay in BCN, the beach and City Center are very close and the hood has everything you might need! The apartment is a cozy, romantic & very sunny place, carefully decorated and has everything you might need... It has a private inner balcony and a bathtub in the living room! Two bedrooms (one open), a fully equipped kitchen and a double shower :) It is suited for couples (Honeymooners!) and for families with small kids, not for group of friends.
