Really nice apartment. Great location. Very nice host.

I just struggled to find the right road because it's in the historic center and, despite the precise directions, I had difficulty finding the right crossbar. Then a phone call to Giulia resolved everything. Once we found the house and parking, we immediately settled with self check-in. She made us find tidiness, cleanliness, and towels so we didn't have to do anything to “settle in.” Although it is in an old building, the house is very warm in winter and modern given the clearly visible renovations. Then he gave us directions on what we could do in the evening around. The thing that impressed us the most was the tranquility and its proximity to the center. This way we maximized our travels by being able to visit the beautiful Perugia....and the chocolate party!

A little bit expensive but it’s alright

Alessandro is a great host and advocate for Perugia. He have us great instructions for meeting him and identified us quickly. The photos in his ad do not represent accurately how large the unit is and how well it is equipped. It definitely exceeded expectations even though we expected it to be very comfortable. This was the twelfth of thirteen AirBnbs we are staying in during this three month trip in Italy, and it is in the top tier. Perugia (both city and province) have a lot to offer. The mini-metro from the main train station (Fontivegge) makes staying in the historic center very convenient. If you have an opportunity to visit there and Alessandro's place is available, then we recommend you do yourselves a favor and stay in this apartment.

Beautiful location and fantastic accommodation, we had a lovely stay with our 2 children. All amenities were as described, and Ella was very helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend!

We loved this place! It was very comfortable for 2 couples. We loved the outdoor patio and the amazing view of Tuscany hillsides from there. The location was perfect to get pastries in the morning and dinner at night nearby. And Montepulciano is a perfect base to explore Tuscany and Umbria. Our host was great and very friendly with lots of info on the area. The washer and dryer were a real plus! Our only difficulty was the stairs due to our being older and having some knee issues.

The property is spacious and comfortable, and is located in the university area of Perugia. It has a cozy bedroom, with a comfortable walk-in closet, a spacious living room, a television, a functional bathroom, an emotional shower, and an equipped, modern and efficient kitchen. The spaces are well distributed, properly lit, and perfectly clean. The owner is really kind and friendly.

Liesl's place was utterly charming. Views from the property were spectacular and it was peaceful and serene. Liesl gave us great suggestions for restaurants, sights and walks. We definitely recommend her place.There were just 2 of us but the house is perfect for 2 couples.

Place was nice, 2 good sized rooms. TV & other amentities in smaller bedroom were unplugged. The space is easy to access & host was nice. However, there were ants on a bed, on floors & in bathroom area.

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

We spent three days in this cabin even better than it looks in the photo. The garden and house are very well cared for, we were impressed by the taste with which the house is furnished, even the bedding and towels coordinated in the colors. And what about the Christmas decorations, the Christmas tree and the wreaths around the fireplace made us feel at home! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Flexible check-in and check-out. Supermarket and lakefront within walking distance. We also found a very comfortable kennel and bowls that our dog really appreciated. Rossella is a perfect, kind and helpful host. She also supported us in choosing the places to visit nearby. Thank you, we will definitely be back as soon as possible!!

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

The apartment is wonderful, in the center of everything, the owner is one of the best.

I can’t say enough about our stay. Cora and Carlotta were fabulous to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful! The apartment is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! The location is the cherry on the top!!! Right in the middle of the main square with a fantastic balcony to enjoy the busy square. Loads of shops and restaurants literally at your door step! Everything was clean and cozy…

This is a fantastic air bnb! Highly recommend. The reviews mentioned the stunning views but we were not prepared for just how amazing they would be. The kitchen is huge, modern, and fully equipped. We were greeted with a chilled bottle of Prosecco by the friendliest host who made excellent local recommendations. The condo is close to all of Siena’s best attractions. We would love to return someday.

Apartment as new and very pleasant (even better than in the photo), very clean, in the historic center, but very quiet. Overall excellent stay. I highly recommend it.

The location of this apartment was great, in a beautiful little village in the middle of Tuscany. It is a town house over 3 floors. It had everything you need for a great stay. There is no lounge but a small kitchen with a table and an armchair but for a family of 3 it was perfect. The view was amazing especially with the low clouds travelling across the valley. The flat was well decorated. There is a couple of restaurants down the road but no shop. The main town is about 10/15mns away by car. You will need a car. We would highly recommend this place if you want to explore some of the beautiful Tuscany villages. Thank you for hosting us.

Our stay at Dominik's place was excellent. Apartment was clean and well organized. Had everything we needed. Private and quiet working olive farm (they are just finishing up harvest!) but just minutes away from the beautiful Citta della Pieve. He gave us great recommendations for local dining and things to do. Great stay!
