Vacation rentals in Sanquhar

Had a fabulous 2 nights at the cottage with my Mum. The cottage was cosy, warm and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking a meal in one night and the other we drove 5 minutes to the local pub which served great food. We enjoyed 2 days hiking, the location was perfect for us. Coming back to a hot tub was the best feeling when you legs and feet are aching! The cottage it surrounded by fields and sheep, it was absolutely stunning. Amy was really helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the property. The hot tub was fab and all the furnishings and amenities were beautiful and spotless. Lovely outside deck with seating and a view of the pond. It felt very luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Shame it was only for one night! There is a Tesco superstore 5 min drive away to pick up anything you need. We will hopefully be back again to stay another time!

A really lovely accomodation that met our needs. Spacious caravan that easily accomodared 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 dogs. We felt at home there and it was really well equipped. The site where it is situated is idyllic and beautiful with lovely walks and beaches. We qould love to return for a longer stay to explore more of this beautiful piece of Scotland. We had a lovely 4-night stay at Teapot Cottage over Easter 2025. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family of five needed. The location was peaceful and picturesque—perfect for a relaxing break. The hot tub was a highlight—clean and ready to enjoy on arrival which was great for unwinding in the evenings. Inside, everything was well-equipped, from the kitchen to the cosy living areas. Communication from the host, Lammisa, was excellent throughout. Clear instructions were provided, and she was quick to respond to any questions. We’d happily recommend this place to others and would definitely return for another family getaway. Had a lovely couple of days here for my birthday- the cottage really feels like a home from home and there are lots of little extras which make the experience, such as games, paintings, pantry items and we loved watching the birds on the feeders - we saw wood peckers and a buzzard sat in the tree opposite. Adrienne is really responsive and made the experience really easy for us! Thanks again x

The apartment was located in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of nice place nearby. It was very easy to find and enter. It was clean and cozy. The bathroom was very clean even though a bit small. Overall we had a very nice stay and enjoyed Edinburgh!
