Excellent place. Highly recommended We rent the space to be able to make a meeting with friends. It has a large green space and safe parking space. The rooms are clean and they facilitated extra mattresses. Communication was effective, quick and friendly. It's an ideal setting for family gatherings or events with friends. Definitely an uncommon place to find what's so worthwhile

Excellent place to stay I went with my wife and child some days, from Lima to Quito, and we had a great time. The apartment is in a very nice, modern, clean building and the location unbeatable (very close to La Carolina Park). Andres is an excellent host ! Highly recommended

Stayed for over a month here. Secure with security at the front and a calm neighbourhood. There are groceries and restaurants within walking distance along with a barber and laundry across the street. The stay is pretty comfortable so would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this location the place was nice and comfortable. I would definitely consider this location as one of my top choices when returning to Quito. The host left essentials such as paper towels, coffee, tea, salt pepper and others and the beds where super clean and comfortable.

Great location on a quiet street. Myriam has a wonderful personality and has excellent communication skills while being resourceful and helpful if the need arises. Quiet room to sleep, easy kitchen to use with necessary pots and dishes, beautiful views from the roof. Would recommend staying here. And if Myriam suggests using Illiac as an "uber" driver, take her up on it. He was punctual, kind, understands and speaks good English, and very helpful.
