Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Sandwich

My wife is a fine furniture maker and Harvey’s house is about 25 minutes from where she takes classes with her mentor. We travel everywhere with our feline son who enjoys walks outside so Harvey’s place was purrfect for us. We had a family situation and had to cut our stay short. Harvey was very understanding and gracious. The woods near the house are a treasure.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

We stayed here during a family wedding at a camp on the lake -- it was the perfect location, very peaceful, and fit our family (toddlers and infants included) more than comfortably. Colleen was a great host and extremely responsive to all our questions. Def recommend!

The place was nice for a friends & family getaway. The jacuzzi was a big +. Basement area was nice for kids and cozy too. Plenty of places to sleep, even though bedrooms and beds are a bit on the smaller side but who hangs out in the rooms anyway.. The lake view was beautiful! Water pressure in showers is great! Overall a really fun little getaway for us. Julie is a great host!

Kerri’s place is perfect. This is my second time staying in this location. The place is spotless, peaceful, beautiful, cozy and feels like home. She pays such good attention to details on what families may need during their stay. Instructions and recommendations are very clear as far as where things are and what you can do in the area. It’s probably my top favorite area to book and so close to everything people look for when visiting the area. Absolutely recommend everyone to visit and enjoy this beautiful home and the surrounding area.

After our reservations were canceled by the host on Xmas eve, we were able to take advantage of this last minute place. Our host responded quickly to our request and had it ready right away. This place is gorgeous; we enjoyed sledding down the hill and walking the woods as well. Kids had a blast- I have a 2 year old toddler who felt safe to explore the carpeted stairs. Sunroom is a bonus. Will be back again!

The property was wonderful with plenty of room for our family and we never felt crowded. Check in was simple and easy. Views were beautiful of the mountains, and such a peaceful private setting. Our adult kids enjoyed the pool table and their privacy downstairs with a separate kitchen, bedrooms, and huge tv. We had everything we needed and communication was excellent. We would definitely rent again. There were games already there and puzzles and we enjoyed them by the fire for our cozy evenings. A quick few minutes to ski and tube and restaurants and shop. It was perfect. Thank you so much for making fantastic memories for our family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was perfect for the stay we needed. We got to explore the surrounding areas which were beautiful. The house was clean. The host was super responsive. A great place I’d definitely stay again!

I have been there once before. This time I brought my Golden Retriever & Keita welcomed Henry with open arms. Henry never met a cat before so we kept the cats & him separated (which wasn't difficult) since we didn't know how friendly he would be with the cats. It was cold outside this time of year but still a really nice place to take the dog & explore the nature paths around Keita's property. Nice place to stay & would stay there again.

We loved our ski vacation at Jacob’s condo! The location is perfect for Waterville Valley and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are so many good things to call out but one thing I would love to highlight is that he has high quality mattresses that make for a great night sleep. That is not something you can always tell from photos but once you reach a certain stage in life you learn to value that so much! We look forward to staying there again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful cozy cabin! With all the modern amenities you could need, this house felt like home and was a great place to relax after a day of exploring! Spacious, peaceful, and gorgeous!

No issues at all, great area that we have stayed in before, it’s quiet and still within close distance to so much. The condo/home was perfect for our family of four. We weren’t there long but the couple days we were was perfect.

We loved Angel's place, the place was very clean and welcoming! and close to nice trails and the beautiful town of Wolfeboro. We would definitely come back!

Lory's home is probably the most well-organized ABB I've been in. Drawers labeled, well stocked, clear instructions, even matching place-settings! Very spacious and exactly as described. First I've been to where the TV made it seamless and easy to reset guest data from streaming services - awesome. Great location with easy access to Jackson/Glen/North Way and south via West Side Road. WAZE took us to the incorrect location - Google maps actually worked better. Will definitely rent from Lory again if we are up that way. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Spent Thanksgiving at the cabin and it was absolutely perfect! Jim met us upon check-in with a welcome basket full of homemade baked goods—they were delicious! Home was stocked with board games and puzzles as well. 10/10 stay.

My fiancé and I absolutely adored this little cabin by the creek. It was so peaceful listening to the rumble of the Creek at night; it was natures sound machine. Being an avid skier this location was close to both ragged and Waterville so that made travel easy. Am looking forward to going back .

This was a central location to many beautiful hiking areas! Host was very kind. Cabin was extremely clean. Would definitely recommend!

It was 7 degrees outside, but warm and cozy inside. We stayed in Franklin for its proximity to Ragged Mountain. Things worked out great. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience.

Laurie and Bill are wonderful hosts! The apartment is cozy and clean and the yard/land is goregous. Laurie and Bill are kind, respectful and went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The banana bread was delicious and they even made some homemade treats for my pup, Daisy! We'd love to come back when the weather is warmer. There's so many hiking trails near by and even a rock climbing area just miles down the road in Rumeny. This was a the peaceful trip that I was hoping for 😀

Beautiful location. The felt like home away from home.

This house is in an amazing location, literally built next to a brook with water falls. Gorgeous views of nature, very serene with walking trails right off the property. North Conway is a couple minutes drive. We hope to come back in warm weather to enjoy a dip in the brook and use the outdoor firepit. Naomi and Noah were very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend to families with older children. We stayed with our young adult kids and had an amazing weekend.

LOVED the cabin!!! Beautiful setting - so peaceful. Great location for skiing at Bretton Woods and Cannon. Plus fun restaurants in Bethlehem and Littleton were close. It was great in the winter - but it looks like it would be lovely in the warmer months too with the deck/porch and backyard firepit. Everything was just as described. LOVED the pellet stove. The kitchen had everything we needed. Kelsey was super helpful whenever I had questions. Overall great place to stay and perfect cabin for two of us and our pups.

The cabin was wonderfully cozy, conveniently located and loved the fire pit and indoor fire place!! Kitchen is well stocked - happy to see a pancake griddle! Great place for a wintery getaway, minutes to both down hill and cross country ski locations and many great restaurants! We hope to visit again someday - so nice to be able to bring our pup too!
