This was our third stay at Mark’s place! It’s become a family tradition for our trip to Halloweekends at Cedar Point! His place is perfectly located with a beautiful view of the lake, walkable restaurants downtown Sandusky, and a quick drive to the park. Check in and out are easy and smooth! It’s always super clean! We plan to stay again!

We have been to this location several times and Rick's condo has been our favorite! With three young kids we enjoyed the space with plenty to do, the clean beach and pool and wonderful greenspace with playground. His condo could not have been closer to all these amenities as well as extremely close to downtown restaurants. Thanks Rick!

This is a fantastic house for families. We were a party of 10 - 6 kids ranging in age from 17-2 and 4 adults and there were ample rooms/beds to accommodate us all, plus quiet spaces and activities. The kids loved the table top video game, foosball, and pool table. Very clean and close to cedar point, indoor water parks and put-in-bay. Kevin sent clear instructions for accessing the home and expectations in advance, and then again at checkout. We accidentally left behind a bag and he was kind enough to call and text so we could pick it up. All in all, a great stay.

My brother, sister-in-law, and I enjoyed our stay at Doug’s property. Views of the lake and bay were beautiful. We spent time on both decks, even in April, enjoying the fresh air and breeze. Local restaurants were excellent. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, dishes, etc. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

My group found a lot to like! The grandkids (girl 12 and boy 14) LOVED spending time on the patios and beach, skipping rocks, taking pictures of the sunset and each other, and just the general freedom to roam around because it felt so safe for them there. My sister and I (70+) enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere, the outdoor spaces and the ease of getting around. Sunsets are SPECTACULAR there. Facilities were basic but more than adequate. We'd definitely stay there again;.
