Great location Clean accommodation Very well received and very well explained

The apartment is really very nice. Fully equipped with everything you need. Our apartment had a balcony and the large garden can be used by everyone. The location is really great and you have a beautiful sunset with mountain panorama on the balcony. Karmen is a very good and helpful host. It's also nice to have a personal check-in without a lockbox.

Donald is a very friendly host and was very responsive to messages. The accommodation is located on the sea and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the rocky beach. Only a small road needs to be crossed to get to the beach. There are also SUPs available with which you can easily browse and enjoy the coast. Bathing shoes are recommended, as it can of course be rocky and also a little slippery. We stayed with 2 dogs and 4 people in apartment A3 and it was great in terms of space. Since the dogs could see us from the terrace and we would have heard if they bark, we could also go swimming on our own, without dogs. Dogs are also allowed right in front of the apartment on the beach. It goes flatly into the water for a long time. Restaurant recommendation is the restaurant "San Lorenzo" - pasta, pizza and barbecue dishes. We will definitely be back and can absolutely recommend Donald's apartment:) Thank you :)

We enjoyed our stay at Erika’s place. Her apartment is beautiful very spacious and clean! We had everything we needed during our stay in Venice. We were able to find free parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. The apartment is located close to excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Venice historical centre is just a short drive away either by bus or car. Erika was very responsive and gave us some good recommendations for local restaurants. The food was all excellent! We arrived in the late evening after our long drive and Carmen was very pleasant and helpful when she met us for check in. We would stay at Erika’s place again if we visit Venice.

Alina was very kind to us, very accessible to leave the luggage before check-in, at all times we were in communication and the apartment is very central and very comfortable, I recommend it 100%

Patrizia is a very nice person, her apartment is super clean, spacious, and very pleasant, plus, it has everything you need. We'll be back for sure on our next trip to the Dolomites.

Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

This is a very, very special apartment, with probably the best view in all of Cividale del Friuli. There is an enormous terrace that overlooks the river & the ponte del diavolo. Angelo was a wonderful host, with amazing local recommendations and personally sharing his passion for Cividale. The antiques and old-worm charm of this apartment are truly special. However, the bathrooms, bedrooms, and furniture are fully updated and made for a very comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed several excellent restaurants in the nearby town, as well great shopping in town. Lastly, the nearby car park was very convenient - a true luxury for an Italian AirBnB.

Cannot rate Fabio and his apartment highly enough. At first I thought it was a bit far from Venice centre but the bus stop is right outside and it only takes 25 mins to get to the centre. The apartment itself is spotless and the bed is by far the comfiest I've stayed in whilst travelling around Italy!! Fabio was the most amazing host. He let me drop off my bag before check-in and get changed after a very rainy trip and even brought an umbrella along for me to use. I got lost in the Venice maze late at night and messaged him for help and he told me exactly where to go to get back to the bus station. Will definitely be staying here next time I'm in Venice :)

Suitable for the season, the apartment was decorated for Christmas. A bottle of Prosecco to welcome you was also ready. Bedding and towels smelled a little too intensely like detergent. Due to the sloping roof, part of the living space cannot be used in fact, but there is sufficient space and freedom of movement for two people. Despite its central location, there was hardly any ambient noise during the day as well as at night. All in all, an appealing accommodation in a central location, well suited for public travel by train, journey time by bus about 10 minutes. If you don't mind five floors on foot, this is the place to be.

Fantastic location - right by the Grand Canal, near water bus stops and Rialto market among many other useful and interesting places. Very peaceful and secure apartment too. Warm, comfortable, very pleasant place to stay with q hard beds being the only thing we struggled with, just because we are weedy, I'm sure!

The self check-in of the apartment is very smooth, the room is very clean, the housekeeper is always responsive, the communication is smooth, and there is a terrace near the river, which is beautiful.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Friendly Host! Ennio was very helpful and answered all our queries. He went out of the way to make us cakes as a welcome treat! yummy! space was beautifully done up and clean no doubt! Parking space was delightful too! Also, a tip, you can google maps “Appartamento A Due Passi” for easier navigation to the lovely home!

Great apartment, beautiful view and peaceful and great location for outdoor activities

Apartment was in a great spot in Venice and host had very helpful instructions for navigating the city. We also enjoyed that there was a washer/dryer and sauna that worked well. good spot for groups of 4 or more and families.

Wonderful host. Wonderful bathtub and sauna. Lots of hot water. The only drawback was Wi-Fi had weak security and we had limited cellular signal. There was a wonderful café nearby with great cellular signal, great food and great people so not a big deal. Highly recommend.

Alberto's place is in a wonderful, non-touristy neighborhood, steps from a well-stocked supermarket, 8 minutes from a vaporetto, terrific restaurants nearby...The. apartment itself is spacious, modern, comfortable and well-equipped. All and all, exactly what I hoped for location wise and a truly well-designed rental unit at reasonable cost...Highly recommended.

Very intimate and cozy apartment

Great place! We almost booked another airbnb on the island actually (which I think gets very complicated to walk to with your suitcases), so glad we didn't. Lara's place was perfect for us, spacious and clean. Location is great, right next to a bus stop (10min to the island), buses come all the time and also right next to 2 super markets and a mc donald. Lara welcomed us in person, showed us the place and gave us lots of helpful information. You really can't go wrong with this place!

Nice apartment with all amenities for tourists. We really enjoyed our stay here. Gladly recommend. Communication was excellent. Easy street parking always available.

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️
