Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Vincenzo

A great place to stay and a very nice host! The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance.. Only a few meters to the old town with many small cafes and restaurants and about 10 minutes to the beach. The apartment was very clean and detailed. Stefania is a great host: helpful, friendly, flexible, quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

Andrea and Emmanuel are great hosts. They're on hand to help if you need them. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend the place, with a car you have access to lots of places and street parking is easy. Close to beaches and historic places. A peaceful place.

Pretty good place, well cleaned and equipped!

We had a great stay - the property has lots of charm and character and was really clean and well equipped. Giuditta was a very helpful host, assisted us with excellent restaurant recommendations and information for the area. She was very responsive and gave us an excellent stay. Would highly recommend!

As soon as we had arrived at the door of Luca’s Thank you Airbnb, he and his partner Claudia were there to let us in and show us the place. Both of them are very kind and open people. Easy to talk to easy to ask questions. Even though that evening was quite busy in Grosseto with lots of young people milling around the historic center Luca’s place was remarkably quiet and yet just a minute away from the center of town. A special touch were the breakfast coupons they had put out for us for every morning we spent there. They could be redeemed at a small café, just around the corner. While private parking is not available. The public parking lot is just about 300 m away from Luca’s and Claudia‘s Airbnb. A 5 to 7 minute walk through beautiful Grossetto. We would return anytime!

Very nice apartment in an incredible location. Extremely private and very beautiful setting, but with easy access to access to town / the sights of Tuscany. Ivan was very accommodating and responsive; he went out of his way to support us when we had a little trouble with our rental car. We would love to return someday and would book with Ivan in a minute.

We had a great time at Ilaria's house in Vicopisano, very nice, very well equipped, and furnished with great taste, faithful to the photos, everything was absolutely perfect! The village of Vicopisano is charming and quaint. Ilaria is a high-quality host. We recommend without hesitation!

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and to enjoy nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the host brought us a few toys for our friends' child – this made the stay even more pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

Carolina provided my family and I an incredible escape in the hills of Tuscany during our stay. Everything was well-provided, as listed, and the location also provided us the opportunity to get around more easily within the area. Thank you for making my Mother’s retirement trip so memorable, would love to come back here again in the near future!

Gianluca's home in Siena was everything the pictures and description said it was going to be. Centrally situated in Siena the interior decor made you feel right at home and comfortable. Situated right on the Piazza Salimbeni it put us right in the heart of Siena. At night it was quite and peaceful. We meet with his representative Alex who helped us settle in and provided us with great insights on places to see and eat. He even helped us arrange for a taxi to pick us up in front of the home upon our departure to take us to the train station. Can't say enough about how enjoyable our experience and stay was.

I can’t say enough about our stay. Cora and Carlotta were fabulous to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful! The apartment is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! The location is the cherry on the top!!! Right in the middle of the main square with a fantastic balcony to enjoy the busy square. Loads of shops and restaurants literally at your door step! This is a fantastic air bnb! Highly recommend. The reviews mentioned the stunning views but we were not prepared for just how amazing they would be. The kitchen is huge, modern, and fully equipped. We were greeted with a chilled bottle of Prosecco by the friendliest host who made excellent local recommendations. The condo is close to all of Siena’s best attractions. We would love to return someday.

Francesco and Patrizia were some of the best hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting to date. We felt like part of the family and community and he did a wonderful job of helping us feel that way. Francesco has lived in Massa Marittima all his life and can tell you the rich history of the town, the best places to eat, and good places to visit! We even had the pleasure of having dinner with him and his wife one evening at a local restaurant. We definitely want to come back and visit them again, he may have been a host but we felt like friends and family.

Fantastic host from start to finish. Great apartment in a secure courtyard. Nice to receive a small bottle of wine at arrival - first time since arriving in Europe 2 weeks ago!! The bed was so comfy!! Took just over 15 mins to walk into Siena City Walls. When asked about value for money, nearly £100 per night, I think that’s high for where the apartment is although sadly the host doesn’t get all this. Had a great time and was definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed at so far in Italy.

Riccardo’s place is exactly like the pictures portray, except it’s even better in person. It really was spotless and had everything we needed. It is in the middle of Siena, close to everything you need and everywhere you want to be. The great thing is that even though it’s in a great location, it’s still very quiet at night and you don’t get any noise. Very easy to find and we also rented a parking spot which made things super easy. Riccardo was such a great host, was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again 10/10.
