Enjoyed my time here very much. As it turned out there was a problem with the water heater in the unit I had contracted and ended up with a much larger facility. I only used one of the three bedrooms but the kitchen was highly functional and the adjacent dining room was lovely. The bedroom was very nice, also. In Ecuador many people have dogs for security and in this regard was "very secure", with the concomitant periodic barking, a minor negative. Overall, though, a very positive experience and enjoyed conversing with both mom and daughter- lovely people!

Magical experience. Casita located in a nature with stunning views and probably best sunset view right from the terrace. 10 minutes walk to to town. Perfectly located, facing the valley instead of town therefore peaceful and very quiet. Spacious, very comfortable bed, hot water, good pressure, well equipped kitchen , good internet, working desk, huge garden. Host very friendly and helpful with recommendations. 100 meter away- space in lush gardens to practice yoga, meditation and many other kind of wellness activities. Jacuzzi in the garden big benefit and shared between two houses, fireplace. Highly recommend for short escapes or long stays:

Asha and David are super sweet. They waited for us at the bus station even though we were one hour late! They wanted to show us the places in Vilcabamba and they took us fruit shopping. They really care and make sure you are feeling great at their place! We recommend their accomodation.

We enjoyed our time at Karems, we were there for a month and had great access to the nearby open market and supermarket. It is located near the linear park along the Malacatos river, so we had lots of opportunity to walk. It is also not too far from downtown Loja, we can easily walk.

This is a beautiful apartment, well located close to the centre. The hosts are a lovely and very accomodating family. They helped us with all of our bags, they are very flexible about booking longer stays, and they even took care of our cats while we went away. Lovely people, lovely house.

This very good hostel Paola is very attentive to her guests. The apartment is impeccable and the only thing that got complicated was that he touched me on the top floor and had no elevator and says there that he has wifi in the amenities and is not very well located
