Vacation rentals with beach access in San Pedro de Macorís

I had a fantastic stay at Playa Juan Dolio! , Norma, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beach. Thank you for a wonderful experience

This place is a gem! Gorgeous views, beautiful interior, very secure and peaceful. The beach is 1 minute away and there are some lovely restaurants within walking distance, and even more when you have a car. Pamela was very kind, quick to respond when we had questions.

This is a blast! It overlooks the ocean and the spectacular pool. Also, it is well equipped with all quality and very clean. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and definitely want to come back. Guillermo is an excellent host, always attentive to answer any concerns.

We had a great a time!! Emilio responded to all of our inquiries!! The apartment is very nice, clean, and cozy. The beach is wonderful! FYI: Bring water shoes if you plan to get in the ocean. There are lots of rocks. There are many places nearby to eat if you don't want to cook. There is also a convenience store directly across the street.

Awesome house, exactly as pictured. Both host are very nice, attentive and responsive. The beach is 10 minutes away, however the neighborhood is not walkable at night. Very dark and empty. Other than that, we loved our stay there. Thanks for having us! Do recommend it for family stays of four of friends

Carlenis was a great host throughout our stay! She was very responsive and communicative during the entire trip. The property was very quiet and made it feel safe since it was gated. Each room was as described in the listing and the photos as well. The beach was about a 10-15min walk from the property as well. I look forward to staying here again in the future. It is a very cozy and comfortable private villa, it makes you feel at home, it is surrounded by a lot of greenery so it feels very cool. Martin and Carmen's attentions were always very diligent and attentive in anything we would need, I would definitely come back 🥰

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

I loved the apartment it was right by the ocean had central AC, amazing balcony overlooking playa juan dolio.The beach and pool was really entertaining and relaxing.

This place was beautiful . Amazing, amazing view. Very well stocked. As a solo woman, I felt it was pretty safe- I should have explored more - there were alot of awesome restaurants that I didn't check out. Bring snorkeling gear- the beach is AMAZING and 1 block away. I thought it was a great place and ended up extending again.

Great place! Anthony was responsive, and our family enjoyed staying there. The only downside was the low water pressure in the master bathroom shower; we all used the shower in the other bathroom. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy beautiful Juan Dolio.

We came to Santo Domingo on a girls trip and our initial airbnb was very disappointing and the location wasn't desirable. We decided to look for a new one after the first night and George's place saved our vacation. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the view is to die for! The kitchen is well stocked with amenities and there's a market across the street to grab a few things. We felt extremely safe with the security gate and it was very peaceful. Some of my friends are already planning to come back with their husband's.
