Had a chance to stay here during the most busiest time of the year in Chiang Mai -- the yee peng festival! I was out of time of the day but everything here gives so much local vibes! From the wooden house, the door, the bed and all. Its also peace and quiet. No issues with wifi too. AC works well and theres also a fan inside and table and chairs. People there are so nice and always greets you with a smile. They also have a cute cat around! Overall I had a pleasant stay! Thank you so much!

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

Great value place. Location is amazing. Very close to Chiang Mai gate and night markets. You can easily get to other locations by scooter or grab. There is scooter rental around the corner. Rooms are decent, I stayed for 1 month and it was adequate if you’re looking for something reasonably priced without facilities like pool or gym.

This homestay is about scooter rides, home-cooked meals, temple visits, market trips, local immersion and Lanna culture! This jewel is tucked away from the city giving you the peace & quiet you’ve probably booked this trip for. It’s wooden and warm, cozy, comforting and grounding. The grand dining and other common area on the ground floor are perfect for socializing with other guests while the spots on the second floor are amazing for alone times especially during sunrise & sunset. The houses have its fair share of history too. The host, Brite is definitely awesome! From patiently replying to all of your queries online, helping you with your itinerary, to coming to the rescue and saving you from some mishaps while you’re touring around away from them. The entire family is love! This will make your ♥️ happy!

Prin and his family , especially his Mum was very welcoming. I really enjoyed all the time I have spent there. I was feelling very safe staying in a guest house and I had a lot of advises from Prin when I arrived. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you plan to study at the sunshine school. Prin is keeping the bangalow so clean and comfortable and you will definitely enjoy the private place which is surrounded with Banana trees. Amazing the taste of this Banana. I believe the remaining banana species in the world that isn't genetically modified YET. if you would like to visit the Old city, just use BOLT app, so affordable !!!

Good online contact in advance, the landlord picked up from the airport, very smooth and convenient, the room is very clean and tidy, the landlord gave 2 bottles of water per day, very considerate.I borrowed a bicycle from the landlord, rented a model car 2 days later, the landlord gave me a place to store the car and the key, the landlord is very friendly, but these feelings disappeared on the last day, I felt that the landlady's smiling face disappeared, and when the time was running out, she urged me to leave. I was packing my suitcase, and the landlady was going to help me carry my suitcase outside to pack. It was hot outside, like a fireplace, and after I said that the time had not yet arrived, she did not insist on letting me out.I just packed up safely and moved out of here, and it's not even 12 o'clock yet.

Nice people, nice rooms and everything on walking distance.

This was a really good place to stay and I felt very safe, good coffee shops close and so close to the centre.

I've a really great time staying at Khun Tanapoom place. He is a really good host and so kind. The room is safe, big, and every space is clean. I love the decoration! Everything went smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was so great, you can walk to Tha phae gate and many attraction. Definitely go back again next time!

Decent place, spacious and well located

The room was clean and 711 was very close.The Host is very nice and has good communication.Although the room is on the side of the road, the host will provide free earplugs.A perfect stay.

Pleasant stay of 8 nights. The accommodation is about 30 minutes walk from the center of Chiang Mai. Self-serve breakfast and drinking water and really a big plus. The host has great tips and recommendations. I really recommend it!

I absolutely loved staying here. I never wanted to leave.

In Chiang Mai, it was originally because of the language problem, but also saw Nui's house was very distinctive, so it was intentionally booked for two nights.The room is very clean, there is a simple breakfast, and we experience the slow life of the locals.The hostess was very welcoming and asked about our itinerary and gave some helpful tips.It was already over 7pm on the day we got there, and it was still very patient to tell us where we could have dinner.

Rice Barn and Rooms is indeed a home away from home for my family and i. We had an amazing experience from the moment we were picked up from the airport to the day we departed. Al and Nok are more than superhosts who made us feel at home, and shared truly wonderful recommendations that allowed us to experience true Chiang Mai gems. Rice Barnes and Rooms is clearly build and managed with loads of love and creativity inspiring and inducing serenity, peace, and we have clearly left a piece of our hearts back there.

I had great experience staying here, thanks to the warm and welcoming hospitality of the host. Her home-cooked meals were absolutely delightful and added a personal touch to the whole experience. The cozy atmosphere made it so easy to relax, as if I were living in my own home. Convenient parking was another bonus, making everything hassle-free. The location is fantastic, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and businesses, making it super convenient to explore and enjoy the area, which is inevitably a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from the overall warmth and charm of the stay. Recommend!

I feel so grateful that I found Amy’s place and had her there , as an extremely helpful local. With a couple of cute rescue cats to play with and discuss. The building is unique, a shop /house , with plenty of good communal spaces as well as a proper kitchen. I stayed in the largest room on the top floor and found it a sanctuary. It was super comfortable and had all the facilities I needed- a clean comfortable bed , a private bathroom, my own balcony and a big tv + plenty of desk and storage space . The street and area are just lovely with so many trees and cafes , restaurants and shops nearby . The rooftop swimming pool close by is dreamy too .
