Serviced apartment vacation rentals in San Nicolás

We lived in these apartments for a month and a half. It has everything for a long stay. The apartments are located in a house with a locked entrance and intercom. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient, a couple of hundred meters to the subway. Close to San Jose and Independencia avenues. Many supermarkets and small shops with meat, fish and vegetables. Near cheap paid guarded parking.

I had a super nice stay!!

I felt right at home here. It’s one of those Airbnbs that is difficult to leave to explore the city. The balcony was full of plants and looked out onto a tree. I left the balcony doors open most days while I was there and enjoyed the fresh air waft in. I only wish I had asked the host for more recommendations! If I return to BsAs again, I hope this place is available. It’s not a house or apartment, it is a home…at least my home away from home.

apartment was exactly as pictured. very clean and comfortable bed. building is new with modern amenities. the hosts' father daniel was my point of contact and he was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Really enjoyed my stay despite being in quarentine for the whole thing! Definitely recommended!!

The apartment could not be better - in the middle of San Telmo. It is a small home, very personal. Agustina answers every question and takes care of every request. We all felt very, very much at home

Lovely place to stay if you want to be close to the liveliness of Palermo. Super walkable to fun attractions and great restaurants, its a great location. Maria is a gracious and attentive host. Thank you maria!

Very nice apartment, bright and very quiet building with good amenities. We were only a few days but we felt comfortable at home. Leonel was an excellent host and flexible with check-in times. The location is perfect if you are traveling for an event in Huracán Stadium. We would be back without hesitation!

Wonderful location and unit in Recoleta. So easy to find groceries, coffee, restaurants etc within just a few blocks. Secure building with 24 hr front desk made me feel extra secure although neighborhood felt perfectly safe and welcoming. I walked EVERYWHERE from this location - leisurely strolls to sites, parks, etc. Loved the unit for having everything I needed - including a washer! Absolutely recommend and would stay again!

Everything you need for a short stay.

This place is amazing! Same as description and photos. Very well equipped in case someone wants to cook, and clean. The bathroom is excellent. The excellent location, close to everything, with bus stops and underground meters away, close to the D, B and H line connecting you to many places in Buenos Aires. Easy access and felt secure at all times Florence is a great host. Friendly, communicative, and respectful. I felt like I was able to reach her anytime I needed it! 10/10

This was among the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. This is *exactly* what Airbnb was supposed to be…Adriana, as a local, was able to help me with so many things, was always checking in and available to give advice. The apartment had some snacks waiting for me in the fridge, a Sube (transit) card pre-loaded for me to use, and a SIM card for my phone. Location itself was also awesome, right by two very main streets, easy walk to the Obelisk, Teatro Colon, Puerto Madero, and other important areas. I had a fantastic time here and it was largely thanks to Adriana’s care and help. I booked one other Airbnb on my trip in Palermo, just to try different areas, and this one was just so much better. Stay here!!

Very nice small apartment, perfect for a solo traveller or a couple on a short stay. well located in a nice neighborhood with good amenities considering it's size.

This apartment has everything you could want and more for your time in BA. The neighborhood is charming and full of great places to eat. The flat itself is clean and bright with fantastic views over the skyline. We particularly enjoyed the sunset from the indoor penthouse swimming pool, and of course sunbathing during the day by the outdoor pool. We would not hesitate to come back here. Thank you for being a superb and generous host Sebastian.

Everything was fine, good location, good dpto, clean. The own garage is very useful, although I was in the van was something to me access to the garage, but by car there would be no drama. I'd come back without hesitation.

The apartment was exactly as expected, good location, clean, with plenty of light and organized. Josefina is a great host, let us check in a little earlier, since our flight arrived very early in the city, I just have to thank you. We will return more often!

Very clean and cute place! We love everything.

Ana laura impressed me by how empathetic and a good host. The apartment has it spotless with very nice ornaments that make you feel at home. In addition to having good quality cleaning products that leave you in the bathroom for personal use, even chocolates leave you when one arrives complimentary next to drink and mineral water. The other thing that I found very well there is to hang clothes and has even ironing. It has a very useful oven if you heat a pizza (I recommend the business crossing the corner) and has all kinds of toiletries that are very important. Conclusion. Great would come back a thousand times

The Studio is quite cozy, we feel at home. All neat and tidy, identical to the listing. As a suggestion, they could put a black-out on the porch door, because at 5 am is already clear. But everything went very well! I recommend it!

The apartment is in a super central area of BA. You can walk very well on foot to the main points of interest. Well-stocked and safe area. Good value for money.
