This our 3rd time staying here and it feels like our home away from home.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean. having the privacy of our own garage for the car is a bonus. The house was really close to everything, food, shopping, etc. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely rent this place again

Sandra was a great host. Always very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect as it was walkable to the main boulevard where all restaurants and bars are. I was impressed with how clean and organized her place was. Exactly as described. I’m glad we stayed here and would stay again.

Very good location, close to the road and many places such as restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and everything very close. Quiet environment, we were able to rest well.

We had a great time staying at this property.

My family and I stayed at Fredis' home and it was absolutely lovely. Everything we needed was available and having an addition of a community pool was an awesome touch for the hot days. The place is very secure and the security personnel are all very friendly. Fredis made sure we were able to get in and answer questions we had. We loved staying at his place in San Miguel.

Nancy and her team are extremely attentive. This was a last minute booking for me, but Nancy and her team were super helpful and attentive. Quick to respond. all the instructions were very clear and even though my arrival ended up being quite late, everything was super smooth. The bed is super clean and comfy. The place looks just like the photos. The view of the volcano is amazing. Highly recommend this place for the budget. Thank you Nancy and team!
