The place was only 20 minutes from Telluride and was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Sibylle was an amazing host who made us feel welcome. The home was clean, cozy, and there wasn’t a single thing to complain about. Everything you could need for a wonderful ski vacation in Telluride.Thanks to this home, we made some wonderful memories. Gorgeous home that felt brand new... spotless and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen except for coffee but you could cook and bake anything you could think of - well equipped. No better location if you choose not to have a car... steps from the market, gondola and short walk to the Mountain Village core!

The three bedroom, one bathroom home in Norwood suited our needs perfectly. We were only 45 minutes from the Telluride blues and brews festival, which is where we spent most of our time. The home is comfortable and clean.

We’ve traveled all over the world, but this house tops our list. It far exceeded our expectations: spotless, beautifully appointed, with heavenly beds and an incredible setting. The cozy heated floors, well-designed kitchen with a bonus coffee nook, enchanting primary suite fireplace, and stunning views from every bedroom made our stay unforgettable. We loved the huge deck, hot tub, and light-filled dining area overlooking forest, river, and mountains. Visiting in winter for the kids’ ski school was perfect—coming back to this tranquil wonderland after the bustle of town felt magical. It’s close to great amenities yet surrounded by peaceful BLM land. The kitchen layout was wonderfully functional for multiple cooks, with health-conscious cookware and a second dishwasher in the coffee nook. We explored the land by the river, which was breathtaking. We can’t wait to return in summer to leave the windows open and enjoy the soothing sounds.

Beautiful home, modernized, upgraded amenity, spacious, quiet, gorgeous views. Access to all the different movie channels, such as Hulu, prime, Netflix, and YouTube. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Placerville. The host was readily available when I reached out with a couple of small questions. Justin was very pleasant to communicate with.

Loved our time in Mountain Village/Telluride. House was perfect with great amenities for us and our 2 small children. We loved the area and hope to return soon!

Our stay at the Rio Peco Adobe was absolutely wonderful to say the least!! Ken was very accommodating from the git go and allowed us to have an early check-in. Sarah was very attentive and quickly responded to any questions we had. The home is very private and tucked into a forested area with great views of the mountains. The home is spacious and decorated with southwest art. It is like going through a museum with an historical perspective of Telluride and it's rich history. We have stayed at many Airbnd properties, and this ranks as one of the most wonderful homes we have ever stayed in. We would not hesitate to come back. Thank you Ken and Sarah for a terrific experience!

Had a great weekend inTelluride, probably our fourth in the last year. Have stayed in this complex before but this was the best unit we’ve stayed in. It was really cold but the hot tub was a great stop after skiing before dinner. Super easy to find and unit was on third floor right across from the elevator, super convenient for hauling equipment upstairs. View in the morning from the bedroom was magnificent. Will definitely be back.

Place was great and hosts were very communicative and thoughtful. Great location. Close to free ski parking. Highly recommend.

We loved Stacy’s place in Telluride. It was a very well kept place and we felt right at home. It is in a fantastic location to be able to walk to the chairlift or to dinner in town. We would absolutely stay again!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! This was the most unique and beautiful location in a tiny mountain village with incredibly stunning views in every direction as soon as you step out the door. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by snow covered mountains felt like a dream, and we really did feel like we were in a fairy tail setting. The town of Telluride and the ski resort are a short, easy drive, but you could honestly never leave the property and have the best vacation ever. On top of that, Peter & Wendy were the most gracious and accommodating hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They are the truly precious people and it was clear they genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and got to make the most out of our vacation. We will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful and in a great setting. The host was very friendly and responsive. What we didn’t realize from the add was that the bedroom was in the loft and that the stairs were so steep. We’re in our mid sixties and not in the best shape so it was a challenge. The picture shows stairs but we didn’t pay close enough attention to it. We will have to be more careful next time.

I loved staying at Juli's lovely studio. I was there for 10 days and by the time my stay was over I definitely was not ready to leave. Great location, beautifully decorated studio, very quiet, amazing views. I highly recommend it!

Perfect location. Easy walk to the gondola and the 1st floor storage locker was very convenient. Can easily walk to all restaurants and stores in town and the market is super close as well. We stayed with our family of five and had plenty of room.

Beautiful views and deck, premier location to town restaurants and the festival we were attending. We were able to walk everywhere, close to the Gondola to reach the Mountain Village as well.

We loved everything about our stay at Barbara’s. Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, so spacious (almost like a Jr. one-bedroom), fast wi-fi and right in town. And to top it all, Barbara was so friendly and helpful, and made our stay beyond lovely. This was a last-minute arrangement when our planned place fell through, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host or condo, even with months of planning. Thank you, Barbara!! We’re grateful.

Walking distance to restaurants and trailheads!

Fantastic cozy studio only one block from the bars, restaurants and shops on Colorado Ave and ~5 minute walk to the town gondola to get up the mountain to hit the slopes. Amazing views out the east/SE-facing windows towards the peaks that makes Telluride so special. Well stocked kitchen to do some cooking in the unit (cooking oil, spices, pots & pans, cutlery etc.). Registering your car for the virtual parking pass online by entering your vehicle's plate number and issuing state requires a few minutes of work but can't blame the host for that, it's a city thing. Floors a little thin, can hear movement above but that's disclosed by the host and wasn't an issue for us. Overall a great value, superb location kind of dead center in what's ultimately a very small town anyway.

Great location and views, walking distance to everything Telluride! We even had pretty views off the front balcony with two adirondack chairs and table for sipping coffee! The sliding doors off the bedroom were a nice little bonus for a little quasi balcony to enjoy all the beauty of Telluride! The Hot tub was massive and wonderful after a day of skiing! Please note that the listing does tell you that parking is available but first come first serve basis and not guaranteed. So it's better if you get parking to leave your car, everything is walking distance so it was not an issue but beware that finding parking every day during high season could be an issue. Thanks Nicolas for offering a condo in my budget with such an amazing location to be able to walk to everything!

What a beautiful, clean, and poignantly located chalet! We had a little trouble getting in, but Michelle was quick to answer our text and get us in the door! The accommodation was beyond our expectation, very roomy and plenty of space to hang out, eat, cook, and sleep. Gorgeous views everywhere you look. It’s a short walk up to the Chondola and you’re off! There’s also a car service if you need it. A hint to know if you use the car service, they use the names of the groupings of condos, not exact addresses. *This is not an accommodation for anyone who has mobile disabilities.

Brian was super proactive getting us all the information we needed for an easy check in and pleasant stay. He gave great suggestions for food and drinks in town. He even made sure we had extra blankets and pillows for the couch! This location is fantastic, close to lift 7 for easy skiing access (and the additional parking lots if needed.) I will happily stay here again!

The condo was everything we needed for a family ski trip. Clean and very comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed to cook some meals, cool views of the open fields just outside town. Thanks for hosting us!
