Queen size adjustable firmness air mattress with clean beddings available upon request to be set up in the living room. You will be able to access the entire unit, 2 Swimming pools, and the hot tub. I will be available by text, phone or email throughout the stay. The quiet and beautiful setting is surrounded by trees. Within walking distance to CalTrain station, San Antonio shopping center, and Whole Foods, Trader Joe, movie theater plus numerous boutiques. Major tech companies located nearby include G00gle and Faceb00k. Stanford University is within a 10 minute drive. A short 5-10 minute walk to the Cal Train stop but the unit is not impacted by any train noise. The bus stop is conveniently around the corner to take you to Downtown Castro Street or Stanford University and beyond.

Though this is a room in a private residence, staying with Noel felt comfortable and safe from the beginning. He is a kind man and very hospitable. He ended up going to stay in San Francisco for the weekend, so I had the place to myself. It was great. I only needed to sleep there and didn’t cook or anything, but he made me feel welcome to do so if I wanted. Noel has a lot of good reviews, and they are accurate and reliable in my opinion. I highly recommend staying at Noel’s place.

First time in South San Francisco! Wilson’s place was really nice. I rented this room but there’s only 2 rooms in the unit so it never felt crowded. There’s a shared bathroom but two different showers so you get your own space. The neighborhood was really quiet and walkable. Wilson also made sure I had a parking spot reserved for my truck which was massive. Really enjoyed my stay. Was also able to check out the restaurant Moonraker in Pacifica. Highly recommend!

It’s our second time this year in Serena’s place. Love it. It has everything we want—super clean, very quiet during the nighttime, walkable distance to Safeway and Starbucks coffee shop, interior decorations simple and with taste, beautiful scene from our second floor balcony…… And I love the way Serena communicate with me, very responsive, friendly but won’t let us feel be disturbed. A perfect stay just like the last time. Strongly recommend this place!
