Vacation rentals with a patio in San Martino, Genova

Beautifully styled spacious apartment. Very practical. Practical, because everything is present, but also because the surroundings are very walkable. Beautiful beach, station (visit Camogli and Portofino), shops and restaurants. The busy area is slowly forgotten during the stay. The shutters are top in front of the windows.

Walkable to boccadesse. Surrounding area has all the necessary amenities. Easy access to Genoa Center with bus connections. Recommended stay!

Beautifully located woth a sea view, with its own two little patios, AC, spacious rooms, antique objects, old books, this is quite a unique apartment with a wonderful atmosphere. Clise to the beach and restaurants. The only shortcoming is narrow driveway, so don't bring a big car. I would also have liked more bathing and kitchen towels. All perfect otherwise.

Spacious and well equipped apartment with lots of extras. Quiet location not far from the center of Camogli, a 10-15 minute walk away. Gaia and Vincenzo are very attentive hosts. The communication with them worked out great. We loved having a parking spot on the private premises. Glad to come back!

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The equipment of the kitchen is good. We felt comfortable there during our stay in Genoa. Quiet location and a lot of distance from the surrounding houses, so a lot of daylight falls into the apartment. This is a special feature for Genoa. There are shutters to darken and mosquito nets are installed in front of the windows. There is a working heater for colder days, but for us it was still warm enough in early November so we didn't use it. You can walk to the historic old town about 15 to 25 minutes and you can walk to the nearby Principe Station. 10 minutes. The apartment is just outside the center, but after a day in the lively city you can enjoy some peace and quiet. We would come back. The communication with Karen and Diana was good and everything went smoothly.

Nicola's apartment and her location is beautiful! We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed the wonderful sea view. Communication with Nicola and his mother, who lives in the house, was very good. Thank you very much for the great week, we highly recommend the apartment and the hosts.

Wonderfully located away from the tourist crowds. Home was picco bello clean. Stefano was always very friendly and helpful and with good tips for restaurants and beaches on hand. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Carlos's place. The place was very clean and nice. The property offers a wonderful view to the sea. Our dog and we really enjoyed the fenced garden! The property is an ideal base for cycling and hiking tours. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. We will be happy to come back!

Super nice apartment that matched the description. Good beds, cozy living room/kitchen, beautiful view from the kitchen window and roof terrace. The host was quick to respond and accommodating. Rapallo is a wonderful spot that we have visited many times. We would definitely love to come back to SanGiorgio.

CoZy House was everything that the profile on Airbnb had promised. It was easy to find, very close to Boccadasse beach, clean, well equipped and with local recommendations too. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were ample (especially the revamped ensuite) and the kitchen was comfortable for cooking and dining. We enjoyed the takeaway pizza from Antico Borgo, foccaccia from A Pestun'a Cu-a Sa and gelato from Amedeo Antica Gelateria. The bus & train info was spot-on too and we successfully caught the no.31, no.42 and a train from Genova Sturla. We are frequent visitors to Genova and we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

We stayed at Carlo's place for some nights and we loved it! The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was super equipped and the bathroom as well as the bedroom very clean. The apartment is newly renovated, but the charm of Altem has been retained. We really enjoyed this combination! The outdoor area was very large and you had a beautiful view of the sea and the city. The cat Kusna lives in the outdoor area and was an enrichment for our holiday. She was very cuddly and sweet. The perfect place for people who like cats! We recommend exploring the area by bus, walking or scooter as it is very curvy and tight for cars. The nearest larger train station was about 40 minutes away by bus. Shopping was 15 minutes walking down the mountain. Communication with Carlo was very friendly and always fast! Thank you for everything! We would be happy to recommend the place :)

Paolo was very nice, and we really liked the place. The view was unique! Walking to the sea and back was too far for us with the kids. But there was a great bus connection everywhere very close. Only for our VWBus it was almost impossible to get to the apartment and away again. That's why always taken a public bus, even for shopping. What was a little inconvenient for 7 to wear.....But that didn't detract from the great stay.

Our stay at Chiara's really matched our expectations. We found it very responsive and pleasant during our email exchanges. The apartment is very comfortable, with unobstructed views of the landscape, it is vast, very clean and well-equipped. We walked a lot to have access to the seaside as well as restaurants and various services but it was not unpleasant, on the contrary! Finally, we will say that this apartment is well located for enjoying the beauties of the region such as the Cinque Terre, Portofino or Genoa... Thanks to Chiara for helping to make our stay a success!

I recently had a wonderful stay at Fabios apartment in Genoa. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing excellent local recommendations and even assisting with luggage storage. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking views of the port of Genoa from the apartment. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Genoa!

Small autumn break with a summer flavor. The rooftop terrace was particularly appreciated. The apartment is recent, pleasant and perfectly equipped. Private parking is a real gem for Camogli and is gold. Barbara was hyper helpful and very quick in her exchanges before, during and after the stay. We'll be back!

Olga's place is fantastic. The location, the interior - just everything! If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. The communication with Olga as well as Mykola was also always great. We easily got the larger apartment because ours was not available due to short-term repair work. I'm sure we'll be back.

Mindblowing Carlo was every responsive and helpful 😀 No need to bring anything you will have more than what you have at your own place🙌 The house is way better than you will see in photos. Train station is so near by , makes your exploring easy. I would recommend everyone to live here Will come back here next time soon.
