Apartment vacation rentals in San Marco

We stayed at the San Marco Nautica facility in July 2019. We were excited about the environment, brand new, clean and welcoming. A practical structure to live and convenient to reach, very close to the port of San Marco. Our apartment also had a kitchen stocked with everything (even the dishwasher) as well as a parking space for exclusive use. I recommend this vacation home to all travelers, even those who stay long term and also have children in tow. The host who followed us, Pierluigi, is a delight, always ready to help his guests. We, among other things, gave us very useful directions to the place where we were, as well as agree on a "flexible" check-in and check-out time. A person to take as an example for true hospitality and hospitality.

The property is in a fantastic location and the views from the terrace area are amazing! It is very easy to access the beach and the lower town, as well as the hill town above the property which is very beautiful. Parking is easy and the countryside and nature around you makes you feel at peace and relaxed. Angela was very helpful at check in and check out - very efficient. Thanks for a great stay.

We felt so comfortable and welcome from the first second. The place was beautiful. No matter where you looked, the view was always breathtakingly beautiful. The accommodation has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Everything was very clean so that you really felt comfortable. The kitchen is a dream and it's fun to cook in it. The balcony is perfect for enjoying the view both at sunrise and sunset, with direct ocean and mountain views. You can walk comfortably down to the local beach. There are great restaurants and bakeries right in Montecorice, e.g. Biga pizzeria, Catania, Caffetteria Torretta. But the best thing about the vacation was the helpfulness, hospitality and great tips from our hosts! We will be happy to come back :)

Ideal location! In the heart of downtown and within walking distance of everything, especially the beach. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Perfect for those who want to explore the wonders of Cilento.

We stayed here on New Year's Eve and had a great time. Very clean and well-divided house. Responsive and helpful host who accommodated our requests. Incredible value for the money. Great choice. Recommended.

Linda and her team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish! A joyful week in a beautiful place, with an amazing pool and so many friendly people. I could not recommend it more highly!

This is the perfect place for a seaside vacation. On foot they are in 5 minutes on the beach :-). The apartment is well furnished, everything you need, the kitchen is good to use, the bathroom has everything you need and on the terrace you can sit down to read your book or look towards the mountains or sea at night. If it gets too hot for you, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. We found the sloping roofs to be pleasant and by no means disturbing. Emmanuele is a pleasant host and always available :-) We'll be back on occasion.

Everything was perfect!!!The residence solution with a beautiful pool always very clean was for us as a very comfortable family!!!

Nothing is missing in Tommaso's apartment! Dishes, kitchen equipment of all kinds, welcome breakfast kit and more. Upon our arrival we even found a delicious homemade lemon cake that was very much appreciated by all of us. The outdoor shower is a fundamental plus, especially on very hot summer days. The house is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the beaches, shops and restaurants, but at the same time close to the beaches of Palinuro and M. di Camerota, which can be reached by car in a few kilometers. Note of merit to the patio of the house, large decorated with flowers, with deck chairs and table with chairs that make it usable any time of day. We'll definitely be back.

Laura's place was absolutely beautiful. we sent Laura a message to say that we had arrived and she opened the electronic gate straight away. we were shown to our room that had a large terrace outside, a kitchen/dining room with a double bed, buy could be closed off with a curtain. the upstairs had two single beds, and this was perfect for our seven year old. the swimming pool is huge, very clean and warm. Our son said 'it is the best pool he has ever been in'. The grounds are kept immaculate and the views are stunning. The only little things that would have made it perfect, is if they had a communal room with coffee machine that guests could use, and air conditioning in the rooms. Saying that, we would definitely book to stay here again. All of the positives outweigh ant small niggles.

Great Host, Cozy place with a stunning view

The property has three apartments. Those made available to customers are on the ground floor and second floor attic. The apartment on the second floor is occupied by the owner. The one on the ground floor was spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The spacious and super equipped kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, although it is not indicated among the amenities. The bathroom is very spacious and the shower is large and very comfortable. The pool is an exceptional gem, spacious, clean and illuminated even at night; it enjoys a spectacular view of the sea of Casal Velino and the countryside rich in olive trees that surround the property. The property is in a secluded location, but still close to the small town of Acqua Vella, where you can find a morning breakfast bar and a small grocery store. Carmine, the owner, a person of rare hospitality, has always been responsive to our requests. When we arrived, we found water and drinks in the fridge as a courtesy kit

We had a fantastic stay in Sacco's place. The apartment is adjacent to Sacco's mother's house and she is an extremely friendly, hospitable and lovely lady. We wish we knew more Italian... There is a lovely beach in walkable distance (although you must be prepared to go down and up a fair bit from the carpark), you can hire kayaks and other water equipment and go to a nice beach cafe there. There are also other beaches nearby that you can drive to. A few great restaurants in Pallinuro - one of the best just next door. Highly recommend.

Spacious, bright, very cool and ventilated apartment, especially at night: we did not suffer at all the absence of air conditioning despite the August temperatures. Clean, well-furnished, and comfortable for longer stays. The house, located in a very quiet area, is not far from the historic center and there are several shops and some supermarkets around. Very useful is the reserved parking space in the courtyard accessible only to the condominiums (with an automatic gate). Giuseppe was super welcoming and always available to requests! I'd love to come back! :)

Very happy to have chosen the studio of Attilio. It's bright, clean. It has a nice terrace with sea view where we could dine and have breakfast. It is advisable to have a car to move around. We walked to the village along a path that starts close to home.

The city center is very nice, there are many restaurants of any kind and shops open until 9:30 pm. The sea was quite clean, but I recommend not going to the areas of the calanca as it is very close to the port so the water was often dirty

The view! From every window! Beautiful! Very comfortable two bedroom where both rooms have sea views. Incredible terrace with two loungers and a table that seats four. Very comfortable stay for my college-aged daughter and me. As others mentioned there are stairs up to the apartment- visually they are daunting but not physically challenging for healthy adults (who don’t have a fear of heights or stairs.) The apartment is well-equipped and the decor suits the seaside vibe perfectly. Alfonso was a fantastic host who picked us up from the train station and oriented us to the area and apartment! Try the walk over to Baia di Trentova- gorgeous sea and a very doable walk. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to return on my next visit to the area!

This charming, spacious, clean and well equipped apartment has the most stunning views over the harbour. The sunsets were spectacular. It’s definitely worth the climb up from the town on wide pedestrianised steps with benches and views as you go. Alfonso was very quick to respond, kind and most helpful with great suggestions for local restaurants. Good supermarket close by and small bars/restaurants a few steps away. Just 5 minutes by train or 10 by bus to Paestum’s spectacular ruins. We would definitely return.

Incredibly beautiful accommodation. In particular, the outdoor area is fantastically beautiful with great views of the sea and many different seating options. Apartment very new, tastefully furnished. Angelo and Celeste are incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back :)

Best place for a workation! Perfect fast Internet connection and a nice place for two people to work all day and enjoy dinner in one of the lovely surrounding villages either by the sea or in the mountains. The bed was super comfy. Communication with Pamela was easy and quick.

Beautiful one-night stay in the suite with whirlpool, with sea view, clean and tidy room, the apartment is very close to the center, we left the car in the private parking lot with gate, and we reached the center on foot comfortably, we would like to stay even in the summer!
