Nice accommodation, worth it.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

We had a great stay at Alessandro’s place! The location is secluded in the mountain/forest area with a spectacular view. Only a short drive from the train station in Prato. The house is filled with character and charm, it truly is an authentic Tuscan experience. We appreciated all the details. The house had everything you could possibly want. As for Alessandro, what a kind, responsive, and helpful host. We were greeted with a warm welcoming, homemade dessert, and sent off with cappuccinos (which may have been the best on the trip). Excellent! Alessandro was always available if you needed to message him. This stay has it all, a great house and a fantastic host. If you are looking for a quiet place, beautiful views, authentic experience, do not hesitate to book here!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Top location, close to the sea.. very spacious house with many spaces also for pets, the garden available is well maintained and cared for. Super helpful host, I rarely found apartments so clean and complete with comfort! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week at Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. From the garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains and you can also take a nice hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her home. We could ask her at any time if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. We really enjoyed the fireplace instead. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love peace and seclusion, the house is ideal

Very clean and functional accommodation, well equipped. Located less than a km from the beaches and in a very quiet and pleasant residential area, the accommodation is in a very good location. Francesco was very welcoming. Thank you for this trip!

The apartment is very well appointed, and the location is superb -- seven minutes' walk to the Duomo and the same to Santa Croce. An excellent fruit/veg market at the Sant'Ambrogio end of the road, and a CONAD supermarket two minutes' walk from the other end. Good restaurant (Pentola d'Ora) on the ground floor. An excellent and comfortable base from which to explore Florence. Warmly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in Florence no small thanks to our home away from home and to Nicola for being so professional but also very kind and considerate! Nicola was always easy to reach whenever we had questions about the apartment and was also kind enough to give us a few pointers on unique places to go in Florence for sightseeing and for eating. The apartment is spaceous, well maintained and clean, about 10-15 minutes' walk from the centre, has plenty of facilities and homely interior. Our only minor grievance was the bedroom window which was not very soundproof and due to some temporarily redirected bus routes, it could be a bit loud during the night. We had booked a stay long enough for us to take Nicola up on his offer on a free tour. It felt personal, unique and lasted for close to 3 hours' time. It was engaging and at a pace that allowed us to take it all in. All in all a wonderful experience! Many thanks to Nicola for an easy transition from work life to bucket list holiday!

The accommodation is very comfortable, with all the necessary equipment to feel at home! We were hosted very well and we really appreciated all the touches left by the whole family (Nonna's pie is really delicious😋). The neighborhood is quiet, 2 steps from the train station, but without the noise of trains and we slept very well. It is very easy to access the city inside the ramparts on foot (20 minutes from Place du Duomo). We were able to park the car in front of the building without any problems. We sincerely recommend this home!

This place was perfect for our stay in Florence it was centrally located and just around the corner from the duomo! The unit had one large flight of stairs to reach it, and was very well equipped inside! We enjoyed the unit from cooking in the kitchen to sleeping in the very comfortable bed! Definitely would recommend this unit to anyone!

Daniela is just thoughtful and perfect as a host. She was very nice and always available to us, even going beyond her prerogatives by offering us additional services for our daughter who sprained her ankle during our vacation. You can tell she loves what she does and she does it perfectly. The accommodation is perfect and what about the location: only a 10-minute walk to the train station or airport. The city center is a little far on foot but it's very doable when you're on vacation (about 30 minutes). Despite the location close to the airport, the accommodation is quiet at night. Look no further! You will not be disappointed with this apartment. It is truly the ideal location! It has an elevator, a rooftop terrace with a perfect view of the Duomo, plus a (clothes) washer & dishwasher! It's quaint & gives you a very local feel. The furnishings aren't fancy but are all you need. The 2 Queen+ beds are comfortable & the kitchen is well stocked. Frederica is one of the best hosts I've worked with & even supplied umbrellas on a rainy day! If you are visiting Florence, grab this apartment & ENJOY!!! Ciao!

Really good experience. Excellent structure, well cared for, great hospitality and communication with the owner. The building is really ok, with attention to detail, as well as hospitality. There is rarely a bottle of classic Chianti with two glasses for a welcome aperitif. Really great service. Congratulations.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It was clean, comfortable and Lorenzo was an extremely gracious host. He was responsive and very flexible and accommodating. Lorenzo provided maps of Florence, and recommendations for restaurants. We had a lovely stay. It is within walking distance to the train station, and all of the historic city sites. The only thing to consider is that the apartment overlooks the summer market. If your group is sensitive to noise, it may be something you would want to consider. On the positive side, we were able to enjoy the beautiful music in the evenings while we enjoyed out cocktails. I would recommend this apartment and Lorenze as host.

Large airbnb tucked outside the city. Location is very walkable. Space is large, and unit is clean. Marina & her team were very accommodating with us as well, which I appreciate!

Lorena is a very attentive host! She received us with great affection, allowed early check-in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, close to the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street as the building, the two closest. Clean apartment, clean linens and everything comfortable! It was a great stay! I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Marco’s apartment! Location was excellent, and the space was perfect for our trip to Florence. As 3 adults in the space, there was more than enough room. Extremely clean, tidy space with everything we needed, and then some! Marco was especially friendly and had great recommendations. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The accommodation was located in such a good location, and the host welcomed me kindly. If I visit Florence next time, I want to stay here again
