Incredible place, wonderful scenery and spectacular house. The beds a little hard but I have no words to describe the place..a MARAVILLA. very kind Betty and Helena who welcomed us. In the rooms the perfume they put on was very rich but a little intense, it's just a detail... Definitely recommended.

I have been to Guatape many times, to different places and hotels. I can say I am very happy we chose this property for our 15 people New Year family stay. Host John was really attentive from check in to check out, the property was well located with beautiful looks over the lake, accesible and close to town. The home had everything needed and was very clean. I would definetely recommend this property for a family vacation.

The apartment has quick access and is in front of the municipality's sports area, very close to the main park, transportation, restaurants, baseboard, coffee bars, boardwalk, among others. It's in a quiet area. The apartment is cleaned and according to the description. You can cook and the shower has hot water. Don Yeison is a very helpful and helpful person. I would recommend this service many times.

We could not have asked for a better experience. From beginning to end, Lina and her parents were very helpful and kind. The home and the yard were exceptionally beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed a wood-burning fire every night on the patio, our favorite way to end every day. It was a short easy walk to the local shops, restaurants, and bars. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who enjoys serenity, local life and adventures. Thank you Lina, Jairo and Maragarita.

It complies with what was offered, it is an apt, at least the one that touched us, on a third floor, with an elevator and with a private covered garage, spacious.. The apt is located half a block from the main park and right in front of the whereabouts of buses in the village and the boardwalk. It's equipped with everything you need, we had to use the washing machine no problem.. Communication was good and it's a place to spend a night or two in a very nice, nice and small town like Guatapé

excellent! very calm , and amazing environment. there is a small river under the house , everything is so amazing! there is also this neighbor (?) who helps us during our stay , a very nice person with a very friendly dog :) The only problem is that the access is not easy if you don't have a car or bike. especially when we stayed, the road to enter guatape was blocked, so no tuktuk or taxi was on this loop road. From guatape or the piedra, it's easy ( although we needed to pay twice from guatape because the nearest way the road is closed) but I guess in normal time there is no such problem :) anyway it was an amazing experience!

Very quiet place, Mrs. Mariela is very friendly and attentive. The estate is very cozy, many free spaces and with the privacy we were looking for.

The house, the pool and the surrounding area with trees and nature is very well cared for. The kitchen is large and Martha cuisine delicious, in addition to being very helpful. Her husband is also very friendly and willing to help us when we needed him. The antimosquitos system in the rooms is ideal as it allows good ventilation. The estate is close to Doradal by car. During our stay the neighboring estate put us music at high volume at times, but only during the day and we are not much affected given the distance between the houses. Suitable place for large families. You pay a little more than in neighboring properties, but honestly it's worth it.

Just a few things to keep in mind: 1. The stairs connecting the upstairs master bedroom and the bottom of the home are outside the home, so you must get out to go back in. Not a big deal, it was just a bit annoying when it was raining or very cold. 2. The home is at the bottom of the hill closer to the water, which is awesome but the walk up and down is not a small one. However, Camilo and his family were there to help us out if needed and it was a good work out. 3. The home is deep in the mountains so there is a bit of the road that is not paved. The weather was very cold during our stay and it was raining pretty much everyday so we couldn't really enjoy the place to its full extent. However, it was still a very nice and peaceful stay, they provided us with tons of blankets and were always ready to help when needed. The place is beautiful and it looks just like the pictures, full of nature. It was overall a great stay, around 20 minutes drive from both Guatape and El Peñol.
