We have sayed at the Dandy House twice now while in Yuma and it has been great both times. The location is close to everything, in a safe area, and the house itself is aweseome. Nicely decorated and updated with everything needed for a short or long stay. Don't hesitate to book this place if you are in the Yuma area!

The house was very clean, and the minimalistic set up of furniture was absolutely perfect—simple, comfortable, and functional. Having access to the garage was a big bonus! The pool was a nice feature, although we did not use it due to all the dust at the bottom- likely because of wind bringing in dirt (It was REALLY windy) Otherwise, the property had all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood has a more established feel but once you step inside this house, it feels like a completely different world—comfortable, modern, and welcoming. Jesse, the host, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when I accidentally locked myself out. He was friendly and made the process stress-free. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we’d highly recommend it.

When traveling to Yuma, do yourself and loved ones a favor and stay at this property! The spacious home is in a super safe neighborhood, it is immaculately maintained, has a pool, a great kitchen and plenty of charm. We had a great time and will return!!

Erin was very responsive and helpful. The home is gorgeous and in a great location. She even decorated for us to spend Christmas with our Marine. We will definitely be reserving again.

The spacious house allowed us to lounge after dental work we got across the border. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware for us to make our meals, a full size refrigerator, and we liked the big dining room table where we ate. The bbq pit just outside the back door was easily accessible for us to grill a steak and there are bbq utensils available. We were two adults who stayed during late December, so we did a lot of lounging on the couch. The two couches were enough for us two, but if there were more adults it would be a tight fit. The lockable screen door was perfect to keep open and enjoy the fresh air as the temperatures in Yuma were very pleasant in December. Downtown Yuma is a short distance away with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores nearby to stock up. We appreciated the water dispenser for drinking water. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was great for our group. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms . Brenda was very responsive and helped with all our questions and needs . Would definitely stay again when in the area .

Super responsive and kind host! Only complaint is that the mattresses / pillows could use an upgrade but other than that it was great.

This place is beautiful! Very clean with everything you need. I had to send pictures to all my family as it is just precious and comfortable. Loved the separate heat/air units as my friend that was also having dental work done sleeps in cold and I sleep in warm. So grateful to have filtered water and ice in the fridge door. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay. Me and a coworker were in town and hotels were crazy with prices. This place offered much more than a hotel in town could offer. Extremely clean and beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Yuma.

The location was fantastic, with plenty to do nearby, from restaurants to outdoor activities. Casey was an incredible host – responsive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Miguel’s place was great. A little cold but that is due to the fact we did not know it how to work the heater but the space heater worked out great. Everything was super nice, clean and spacious. It looked the photos. Highly recommend
