Apartment vacation rentals in San Lorenzo

Modern apartment, modern building, great location. Consider there is about 5 construction sites around, so since 7am there is some noise thought the day. Wasn't an issue for me since i stayed for a weekend, but might be an issue if you stay longterm or need peace. Also pillows needed to be changed, they are worn out. Short term solid choice.

The apartment was in excellent condition. The area is very quiet and safe

The apartment was cozy, clean and easily accessible. The keys are removed from a box and that gives the guest autonomy. I like that.

The apartment is located in the centre of Asuncion. It is very safe because Police are patrolling 24 hours. And it is also close to all shops &tourist spots. Sebastian is very nice . He allowed me to check in earlier .Really appreciated for it! Everything is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Maria Elena and George’s guesthouse apartment is simple yet very functional and an extremely good value; it’s on a busy avenue but situated behind a house in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. There is good WiFi and the mattress is also comfortable so it worked out well for a few day stay

There were several inconsistencies in the experience. The location provided on the platform was 10 km from the actual address, which was only sent by the host after I contacted you because I couldn't find the location. The building has a doorman, but it is not always present, which makes it difficult to enter and exit, since we depend on it to open the gate. The apartment is comfortable for short stays of 1 or 2 days and more suitable for couples, as there are few utensils for those who want to cook, and the stove is of poor quality. Also, the wifi password was sent several times wrong, even after I reported that it was not working, which made it even more difficult to stay. Another negative point was that, despite leaving the apartment in perfect condition, as I always do in all my rentals, the host sent a charge alleging that a part of the single bed was broken-even without having used that room-and presented an absurd budget for the repair. The experience was amazing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a supermarket cart in the parking lot that facilitates the transfer of bags. Kitchen has everything you need. It also has two swimming pools and one of them has children's games in its vicinity. Excellent cleanliness. Jorge always answered my questions. It has a Biggie supermarket next to the building. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

It is perfect for working and for tourism. Spacious, conveniently located, it is very equipped, with lots of light and a nice view of the river. And great communication with the host.
