Wide spaces , perfectly equipped apartment, personal garden, friendly environment,...how to be at home . Yuma also really appreciated it:) and it's a place we'd love to come back to . Everything was great, Anna made sure I had everything I need. I felt at home and (even though I didn't make use of it as I had to leave early), breakfast looked really amazing and Chiara (Anna's Co-Host) made me a perfect espresso to start my day :) I found the price quite expensive for a room (I would normally book a whole apartment), but Bologna just seems to be that pricey – so all good from my side, and I would definitely stay at Anna's B&B again! Thank you!

Emanuela is such a kind and warm woman, we really felt like at home! She even came early to check us in, showed us everything and we really had a great welcome. Laura's place was a unique experience. We were given a room with a beautiful view of the valley in an old house on the hill. The entrance to the mountain and the view is breathtaking. Laura prepares delicious breakfasts with her own preserves and breads. She herself is happy to provide any help in several languages. The place is an ideal starting point if you have a rental car or come by your own. We hope to come back here.

I've only been there one night, but it exceeded my expectations. The place is quiet, very nice, postcard-perfect, a house hanging on top of a mountain in the Apennines, between Castel dell'Alpi and San Benedetto Val di Sembro. The room is complete, cozy, you sleep well. The views are beautiful. And Nina, the host, was attentive to everything from before our arrival; flexible with the check-in time, and prepared a delicious Italian coffee. The continental breakfast included in the price is not 5, but 6 stars. And not only that, but the host also gives all kinds of information about hiking and places to visit in the area. It is recommended for those who like nature and want to do stages of the Via Degli Dei (which due to unfortunate circumstances of my trip, I have not been able to do). The atmosphere at breakfast time is familiar, cozy, Nina gives conversation and makes you feel right at home. 100% recommended. The only drawback is the access. Narrow and bumpy mountain road. Be careful

Of the many places we stayed in Italy, this was our favorite. Carlo is an outstanding host. He has great restaurant recommendations, and we really enjoyed talking with and getting to know him. His breakfasts are great too. Each morning, we had delicious croissants from local bakeries, fruit, bread, and our choice of coffee. There was a savory option that looked good too. The room was comfortable with its own, secluded bathroom. We slept very well here. And the location is perfect--close to the train station as well as historic downtown, which is extremely walkable. Don't miss the panoramic view from the terrace! Finally, Carlo has a sweet, adorable dog who made our stay even better. I would recommend booking here to anyone interested in visiting the lovely town of Bologna.

There is a lot to say about Andrea's place but I will start by talking about the host, Andrea. He is an amazing host, an artist, warm and friendly with a lot to share as someone who has travelled around the world. We loved chatting with him and his assistant, having dinner and drink together, joking and laughing while we felt we always had the option of finding a quiet and private place to enjoy the view, drink some tea and read. The house is an amazing place. Creatively and beautifully designed with unbelievably beautiful views of Tuscany's landscape. We really fell in love with Andrea's place and wished we could stay at least a week; maybe next time.

I had a very nice room in a place with indescribable views. However, you should know that the place is very remote. Ruth and her husband were extremely friendly and accommodating. It feels very nice.

Teresa is the kindest host we have come across in our many Airbnb stays. She went out of her way to accomodate any need we had and even baked us an amazing cherry tart for breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home and her location was great for our needs. It is a charming peaceful town and was perfect for our group of 13. I hope we can go back.

Very nice and characteristic accommodation. It's a villa in the first Bolognese countryside, near the fair. View of fields but close to everything. Wonderful hospitality, Luca is a TOP Host, kind and nice. The part of the house dedicated to the BnB is separate from Luca's house, with a common entrance/living area to the rooms, all with private bathrooms. It's basically a room in a small hotel in the middle of the countryside! I'll definitely be back.
