Perfect stay and location.

We spent a week in this gorgeous duplex while visiting Seville for first time. Nico and Maria so helpful with advice about area. Really lovely clean well-equipped home in the middle of old historic city. Everything you need you can walk to. I can’t say enough about how clean and beautiful it was—thank you!!

We had a lovely stay in Seville at the apartment. It was as described and had everything we needed including a washing machine and drying rack which we appreciate when traveling. The bed was very comfortable and the lounge area great for relaxing. Access to the apartment is up a flight of stairs , not an issue for us with small cases but we did see another couple struggle to 2nd floor flat with heavy cases.lovely location for walking to all key sights

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Maria kept excellent communication and even checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The flat was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location is perfect—just around the corner from a great grocery shop and within walking distance to some delicious tapas places. We were able to walk everywhere, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Very nice, bright, comfortable flat right around the corner from Alameda de Hércules. Elitsa was very thoughtful and generous. When she saw that it would be raining when I arrived she bought an umbrella and it was waiting for me when I checked in. Overall it was a fantastic stay in Sevilla.

Very nice place to stay. Perfectly central and excellent value. I stayed on the first level, so my room opened to the courtyard. Two things you should know about: the curtains in the general area are translucent so the main area is not that private, but the curtains in the bedroom are opaque so you have your privacy there. There was a sign in the kitchen that let me know if you trip the smoke alarm while cooking, you have to pay for the visit by the firemen at 2500 €. Needless to say, I didn’t cook. Other than this, it was a great stay really, great value, spacious apartment, impeccably clean, and close to everything. I would come back.

Pilar is one of a vanishing group of hosts who meet you at the property and provide direct instructions and information about the accommodation and the neighborhood. She is friendly and helpful so that you can begin enjoying your time in Seville right away, without any confusion about where to find what you need. The home is clean and comfortable and located in an area that makes walking to a great many sights very manageable. Highly recommended!

Very quiet site to disconnect with friends or family. The area is very quiet and Antonio is very clear and communicator with everything. Definitely back, 100% recommended.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of old Sevilla. Walkable to local landmarks and restaurants. Very quiet and aesthetic space. We had a great time during Holy Week here.
